  3. wat. You don't need to do anything if you are happy with your current name. Just forget they are releasing this feature ;).
  4. There isn't that many options for Windows. Most suck. Camtasia: http://www.techsmith.com/camtasia.asp
  5. Download the Imageshack bulk uploader: http://reg.imageshack.us/content.php?page=winuploader (assuming you're using windows). It's much easier for uploading lots of images at once, or just one at a time.
  6. Adding much more spacing would greatly improve the minimalism of the design. At least 10px's between the avatar and the text etc. A larger line-height, and for the large intro message, more spacing from the sides of the box it is in. Looks promising. :)
  7. Finally, and very nice to know how they're going to do it. Can't wait to change my name. I also hope that Tip.It will allow us to change our forum names too.
  8. Default, the others just really suck at the moment. ;)
  9. I don't think so, I think they are trying to go with consistency, and they said they didn't want to have both the fixed and fluid screen sizes for SD and HD. They wanted one engine for both SD and HD, so making SD fluid too would help. I could be wrong, and also I guess there could be a setting. And also some people's computers may not handle a full screen SD, if they included that option.
  10. I was thinking the same thing. Perhaps the "Exploring" skill? Or perhaps just a J Mod feature?
  11. http://twitter.com/RuneScapeRSS/statuses/3558559116 Good to see that we'll be getting it this year. Nice update to SD too. New minimap and also a change to that empty button! :? Also a new logout cross in the top-right.
  12. If you're willing to spend a little bit more, and want a stylish and cool looking laptop, then go for a Macbook. Though the Polycarbonate version isn't as up to date as the Macbook Pro's, it still has pretty good specs. As for Macbook Pro's not being able to play games...wtf? It has at least a 9400m and some also have the 9600m, just dual boot Windows 7 and you can play all games at a respectable quality. It's only due to a completely difference Operating System that it can't play all the same games as Windows. Just stick with the original plan you stated on the first post.
  13. The images are pretty awesome, but I'm not sure how exactly they could be used on this site. As for them being on RS Wiki as well, I think that since the Wikia is open for anyone to edit, so are the pictures that are on it. This is why the Wikia has grown so fast and has such well written guides and pages, one of the good things about an open encyclopedia.

  15. It was just a leaked version of the final "for-sale" edition of Snow Leopard, but still, it's better to buy the official version as it's so cheap. :
  16. I know this is WIP, but just need to tidy up the spacing on the above and below the "Hey, I'm Matt...", though if you are going to convert this to XHTML/CSS, then that'll fix itself I'm sure. And also the white circle things look great, though I think you could have some more less blurred larger ones, and also try fix the blending into the white; I can see some straight lines! Very pretty website design though :)
  17. Great choice on the laptop. Might want to hold out for a week or so if you want Snow Leopard to come with your Macbook Pro :)
  18. Nothing to worry about. From past experience I am pretty sure that it is just because you are doing quite graphically demanding activities for your laptop (playing RuneScape in HD). I can only suggest playing in Firefox or the official client in order to minimize the usage somehow. This used to happen to me when I had RuneScape and Photoshop open, or some other heavy graphical program. To give a temporary fix, you could just restart explorer[Caution: Executable File] or dwm[Caution: Executable File], I think that may restore the GUI to normal temporarily. It also is possible that new drivers could fix this issue, so check out of ATI's site for your graphics card.
  19. Either that or try end the process called SetPoint[Caution: Executable File] (press Ctrl Alt Del to get to Task Manager). It does more damage than good.
  20. Good to see some old names, gratz.
