Nobody here knows how the world works (life can be studied though science, that's off topic), this was a discussion about morals. Actually, most of the basic morals found in the Bible, Qur'an etc. *do* apply in most cultures of the world regardless if you belong to those religions or not. If you read the 10 commandments, it contains some of the very basic moral principles everyone should ideally follow. Thats just the problem, because its religion or have the word God, athiests pull a hissy fit about it and start thinking THEY know how lives should be ruled. The thing is, athiests are like "why should i live by what a fictional charater said? so i'll do the complete opposite or close to it!" What way to live.. -.- ~Defender~

Yeah prove you wrong, in the name of Science.. a half working evolution system made by imperfect humans. Fact is 100% Evidence, but in Science, Fact is Changable. Truth is not. So you want me to go dig up some sources man created to prove you wrong, when man thinks the earth is flat? right right.. I get it now.. see back in the day man was wrong, but now their completely correct because of technology.. What makes man so special now than he was before? We have more knowledge, but we don't have any more proof that the earth is 10 billions years old than 10k years old. And most likely, we will never know this answer. Some things in life we will never have a answer to.. and you can keep saying "man said this, man said that" (replace man with science).. That will be the day when man makes a 100% fool proof system. Your views and concerns about the validity of science is misplaced. It's not guesswork, theres is absolutely no faith in science. My most recent post before this one applies to you too, read it. Proof plz that its not a educated guess. Because all science is.. is this. "Hey look what I found out! Its a fact!" *10 years later when more technology developers* "Oh man, that guy was wrong.. now this right here is the truth/fact!" Science is never sturdy, its always developing, its not 100% failproof. ~Defender~

I'm going to stay out of this one because all these topics are the same, never different. Its always going to be Science vs God. The thing is, both are putting their faith in different things. A Christian puts his faith in God because God knows everything, gives us a bible to follow, and we can live life full of joy as long as we follow the principals defined in it. Science is mans best guess. Seriously, who can honestly say "I know how to tell how old the earth is.." Yeah.. I can't.. I don't think any man can because no one has lived long enough. All you can do in Science is use whats given to you and make your best educated guess ever. So those who keep claiming "evidence".. well.. most "evidence" or forumlas are created from men who did their best educated guess, and probably got it right.. or probably got it wrong. Yeah.. I won't put my faith in guys who grew up and knew nothing more than I did when I was a kid.. playing with sticks and rocks. As Jagex has released PoH's into the game, it is the only "fixed" skill where you are guarenteed to spend money to hit 99. So, I decided to do some math.. how much money would it take to hit 99 in the skill? After all, everyone wants a house with all possibilities right? Please take note.. the money spent is only getting you experience.. not actually paying money to build the things in your house! :wall: So.. you want to be a 99 PoH'er huh? Well, here is a few easy steps to take the cheapest method. 1. Cut 218,333 Oak Logs. 2. Convert 218,333 Oak Logs to Oak Planks. 3. Pray you have 54,583,250 gp with you. So there you have it.. any other skill you can get away without paying a dime. (Yes, its a very long proccess, but its a FREE proccess). However, if you want 99 in being a PoH'er, and remember, this is WITHOUT the good looking stuff in your house, be prepared to fork over 54 Million GP. ~Defender~

As much as Auto'ers cheat and all.. They do help the economy in my opinion. Making things lower prices = hitting 99 skills cheaper for me. Course.. I won't be a billionare.. People can come over to my lvl 99 hourse that took me only 500k to build! lol. ~Defender~

As a level 104, I usually find myself getting owned by noobs who have no other perception of tactics other than attacking things.. I love level 60's... "im gonna go get the flag and run".. Right.. :wall: Its really crazy to get these high stats only to miss alot. The probably only "real" good stat is strength because it does show! By the way.. how are you hitting 28's with 85 strength? My natural is 24 with whip at 84 strength.. o.O ~Defender~

Naw, people won't nuke each other. Back in the day, Japan had no resistance to nukes. USA could nuke all they wanted.. and killed tons of people because of that. Now that everyone has nukes, its a resistance factor and a sucide factor. I am just glad other people have nukes.. or who knows what USA may do with them :uhh: Now, there is no more nuke wars, but the threat is still a possibility. Look on the bright side though.. if you was ever nuked, the heat would be so hot and fast you would never feel it. You basically would just wake up dead, lol. ~Defender~

85 Attack 84 Strength 83 Defense Pretty decent stats. I always thought when I was a low level soldier, Once I hit that "high number", i'll be in their with the other people "owning" everything around me. Apparently this is not true.. I feel weaker than ever before. Once I got enough money, I decided to go ALL OUT OFFENSIVE. Since the title says "offense, is the best defense". So, I pull out a Rune Defender.. a Whip.. anything that lets me hit high.. and go at it.. Sure enough, I find myself hitting hard sometimes.. around 30's on monsters or people.. but very innaccurate, yet my attack level is the highest of all my stats, not to mention I have whip, which should hit pretty often! So I thought.. okay, I just need a different perspective. I'll go pure Defense. So I buy Torags and other gear that would boost up my Defense Stats. I hit over a whoppin 330+ Defense Stat in all categories! (Melee Wise). So feelin pretty invincible.. I go tackle some Fire Giants.. To make sure i'm more impenetrable, I bring my excalibur with me to hit me up to 91 Defense! I walk in.. attack a Fire Giant... and get hit.................... I shrug it off.. hits are bound to happen.. I end up getting hit 1-2 times per fire giant. (And they hit 11's!) I wanted to save up my money to buy a Dragon Chain, but Torags are far superior to D-Chains and realizing I get hit this much in Torags.. buying a Dchain would be simpley a waste of money. I went to my personal arena with another person who had 70 attack. All they had equiped was a wooden sword from the barracks.. and yeah, I got hit. So Offensive I don't feel strong at all.. not hitting consitant high numbers. In Defense Mode, I'll always get hit reguardless of level. Then I sit back and think of my levels.. 80's are extreemly high.. why can't I dish out alot of damage? Or atleast soak in alot? Will those 15 extra levels help me? Going from 60-75 or... 40-55 is a noticable jump in your charaters performance.. but not much. I thought about it.. and after doing the calculations.. my charater is only 20% through if I wanted to get those extra few levels which will only give me so little in charater performance. So after playing Runescape 4 years.. I only have completed 20%. To get my charater to jump from 85-99 will take another 80% of time and effort.. and it will be a "little" jump in charaters performance. So considering that.. atm, I feel so weak as a Melee Charater. No matter which road I seem to take.. I always seem to not be getting the desired results.. Do you feel at times your charater is weak? And everyone around you is stronger? Even those level 80's? >.< ~Defender~

I believe the reason why terrisom is the most longest lasting war yet is simpley because of their stealth cloak capabilities. In world war 2.. we knew who we was fighting, the germans. In Terrisom, who is the bad guy? Could be anyone. Its like playing Chess but you cannot see the enemies pieces and you do not know where the "King" is to put in the check mate. ~Defender~

I do not suggest taking drugs or medicene for your sleep. That stuff is NOT good for you, no matter how "medically proven" it is. It is my opinion that your body is tired, but your mind is not. Stress can cause a lack of sleep, are you having stressful days? ~Defender~

Over 852 Million People Starve each and every night. We really do not know, nor see, how blessed of a nation we really are, till we see the reality of another nation. It is said that what the American people spend on for just their pets on food, is enough to completely stop world hunger. Bush is trying to pass a Bill that will give troops 100 Billion. He talks as if it was loose change.. why not give the 100 Billion to starving people? Here is some Facts that I found on wfp.org. In south asia.. over 300 Million is starving! Thats more than the ENTIRE USA! Imagine everyone in USA starving.. thats what its like over there.
