To me, "high" level is defined by how you train it. To me, someone with 85 fletching who cut all the logs themselves has a "higher" level than someone who bought 150k willows and sat in a bank for 99 fletching. Someone with level 70 herblore who got herbs/secondaries themselves has a "higher" level than someone who bought herbs and secondaries and sat in a bank till 99. The same applies to all the other buyable skills. If you buy it I'm not impressed. I feel the same way about cheapened ways of training, like bandit camp, marim dungeon, etc.

While I don't miss your old avatar, I agree with 3rkid, who, like a stopped clock, is right twice a day. The red yellow and black don't compliment each other well, and the lines direct the eye away from your name, which should be a prominent feature. Additionally, and I don't know if this is intentional, the alternating colors create an optical illusion with the black letters, making it appear as if the letters are different colors, which is kind of distracting.

I own Torag's legs and helmet and Ahrim's hood top and bottom. I use Torag's for ranging aviansies and Ahrims for CW mostly. Other than that, I use rune and nezzy helm. I feel like I'm wasting barrows using it for everyday things. I got d legs from an iron dragon, and used them for a while, but I sold them because I didn't like the way they looked, and the bonuses weren't really that much better than rune.

9/10 if you drew/painted it yourself, 6/10 if you didn't as for your possible new avatar, it would be 8/10, but there's a weird light box in the corner there... its distracting and makes it look kinda bad, so 5/10
