As long as trading is done through the GE the RWT isn't an issue as you can't guarantee who gets what for what.

My usual advice would be to add them to perm block list, but seeing as you can't, and it's your 10th, you will have to do them. Very easy to range/mage. Just bring usual gear with anti-drag shield and pots. No prayer required. Only issue is irons will attack you and you have to fight for spawns. Melee requires pray (melee), standard gear but bring a leaf bladed sword (not the spear) as the dragons don't like it much. Super set of course with your anti fire pots.

You need What Lies Below to be assigned Chaos Tunnels monsters. Not for black demons, those are also located in brimhaven dungeon and taverly dungeon, and most likely one more place that i cant think of thats in the CT. Also the majority of monsters in the chaot tunnels area also located some where else. For example i haven't done either The Barbarian training or What Lies Below. this may be why i don't get assigned waterfiends. And i think the same goes for earth warriors, but idk never gotten assigned those. You are mis-understanding what I meant. Any monsters found in a non-quest area can be assigned at anytime. Such as Earth Warriors and Black Demons as both can be found in the Edgeville Dungeon. Any monster which requires a quest to unlock but is also found in the Chaos Tunnels, (Dust Devils for example) are unlocked after What Lies Below regardless of if you have finished the original quest to unlock. I don't get it. I can enter the Chaos Tunnels, I can kill Dust Devils either there or in the desert, my Slayer level is 80, my Combat is 111, and I still don't get Dust Devils assigned because I haven't finished a quest which I don't need to kill them? Strange. I think you need Desert Treasure, What Lies Below or Smoking Kills. Not 100% sure on DT, I think that unlocks the smokey well. (You can access it after Smoking Kills too)

Last night my friend said she had bought some pure essence. I said I best lookt o buy some more too. Checked my bank, to see how much I did have and found 44k. \ Thinking back on it I bought the essence to get my runecrafting to 75 but never actually did the crafting, I kept putting it off and putting it off and then I did When Guthix Sleeps and used the XP on runecrafting. I forgot totally about the essence I bought and so was nicely surprised to find 5.5mil's worth of essence in my bank. :thumbup: On the flip side of the coin I was testing out a Spirt Daganoth at Dustie in the CT. My helm ran out of charges, so I took it off it refill with scrolls... :o What an idiot, you'd think I'd remember that Dust Devils hurt without a facemask. Thank god I had 98 HP and the karamaja gloves as my HP plummeted to 15 and I was able to teleport before getting owned. So yeah, what things have you forgotten which you really shouldn't have.

The times i went there i was alone :s Anyway is it possible to just stand in the portan and safespot them? or will they still attack you even in the portal? There is a safe spot.

I pray melee and use the ones in Taverley. The CT ones drop far more charms but are always crammed full.

For farming it is OK. I used it recently to do a round of torstols as I needed some zammy brews (which never buy, neither do torstols) The only downside is you lose the extra 12 spaces a Terrorbird gives, which is a godsend for farming.

It would be, but Lapalok's even more of a... nevermind. My last few slayer tasks consisted almost entirely of Dust Devils, Iron and Steel Dragons, and Black Demons. My current task after all that is Kalphites. That is why I hate slayer. Iron and Steels should be blocked. The rest are all OK. Dust devils are just fast, Black Demons give awesome XP to melee and slayer and Kalphites are fast with cannon.

Currently I think the best option is Elemental Workshop. The whole mind, body and soul thing fits almost perfectly. Whether it's going to be in part 3 or part 4 is another thing. As for souls. They are worthless currently to most players. I was hoping that Summoning would have provided a use for them (souls of creatures) but sadly this didn't happen. My only hope is Jagex have realised mage is underpowered and either release a 4th spellbook which uses soul runes or release 4 more elemental spells using soul runes to re-address the balance.

High level people who train prayer open there altars for the public as it makes it faster. If someone is in your house then it takes a shorter time to load each trip. Search the RSOF for people with open houses. As for method, someone will usually be keeping the burners lit. No harm in bringing your own marras/tinderbox just in case, especially if you are using a War Tortoise. Wear light gear and use the best BoB you can. Usually my burners run out just after the time I've done an inventory/tortoises inventory. Is 70 prayer worth it? Yes. In fact it isn't enough. 80 is recommended these days, and being 80 I want 85-90. However it honestly isn't worth wasting your entire cash-flow on. Make some cash for it first, you never know when you are going to need extra cash so leave a buffer. My goal of 85 prayer is due soon (as soon as I hit 95 def) and it's going to set me back 13mil. So I do understand your frustration.

Pretty much ideal. I wouldn't bother with Torag plate or Verac skirt if you are on a budget and just get Guthan's parts instead. Difference is slight and at least then you have 2 of the 4 parts for the set effect. For the helm I would use black mask/slayer helm if you are on task. Bit more expensive but worth every gp. Also for shield go get a free rune defender. If you need defense (I doubt you will) then obby shield.

Kingdom is daily to an extent, but you can happily leave it a week with enough cash in it to cover. As long as you get your approval up before collecting there is no loss in reward.

I save them, then when bored I use the snakes scroll to turn them into a Saratrice/Guthatrice/Zamatrice egg, which makes them tradeable.

Fastest way is to use Lunar Spells. Tele to Ourina (ZMI altar), craft, Tele to Lunar Isle, bank. Many people use the Telegroup spell as it is no extra runes with staff, so you can get a free ride a fair bit.

Spirit realm isnt wilderness? :o I was thinking the same thing. I use Jennica's ring to tele out of high level wildy by using the spirit realm so it suggest to me it doesn't class as Wilderness. Ice Plateau is OK for fighting, very few PK'rs there, courtesy of the fact few people venture that high as there is nothing there. I also hear getting a friend to summon a high HP familiar in multi works too. Plus you have back up then should you get attacked.
