Completing Regicide unlocks the (now totally useless) Overground Pass and the Charter Ship to Port Tyras. If you have started Regicide but not completed it, then you have to go via the Underground Pass. My advice would be to bank the clue and then spend the 1-2 hours needed to finish Regicide. Then go back to the clue afterwards.

Going to correct myself. It's probably cheaper to pay the farmer with a basket of apples (I do strawberries) and plant marigolds. Marigolds sell high.

You don't need much more than 85 defence for slayer as you have ample ways to heal/avoid damage. I would get your strength to 90, the attack to 90. Then strength to 95 then attack to 95. I then got my defence to 90, before taking strength and attack to 99. As you can't train strength with a whip outside of controlled you will need a Sara Sword which is the best strength training weapon.

If you slay then you need Guthans. If you cannot afford the set, then just use the body/skirt until you can. Then you just swap in the helm/spear when you need a heal.

2 options. Best one being cannon under the lighthouse. I know you don't like the idea, but the task is over in 15-20 minutes. You lose a little cash but it's nothing major. Other option is prayer in the Chaos Tunnels. Wear prayer gear, protect range and kill. They drop a fair bit of stuff and you will profit here.

It isn't. Use a super energy potion (one inventory space) for run energy and that then gives you 6 extra inventory spaces (familiar minus 1 for the pot) for extra runes. Make sure you wear the best weight reducing gear you can (Spottier Cape, Boots of Lightness, Penance Gloves). Mithril pickaxe is the lightest one for some reason. Best way to RC is nats with a Graak though. You need 57 summoning and it lasts 49 minutes. 75+ runecrafters can make almost 3k natures per hour. Cha-ching.

I don't boss hunt and I found 70 prayer wasn't enough so got it to 80. It really is invaluable.

I heard from a 99 farmer (she got 99 after the lilies) that they worked for ever. I will definitely be using them as and when I start farming again.

My stats are little better and I am the same, 6-8 kills per trip. Ranging is definitely your best bet but if you just want the 1 kill you SHOULD be able to just scrape it via melee. Piety helps no end. If you are looking to do these for profit, don't. Most high level players avoid these things as money is far easily obtained elsewhere.

Not at all. If you see my normal posts in Help & Advice I actually encourage people to train via slayer. My argument here is the work involved in getting an abby demon pet is nowhere near worth the end product. Get to 85 slayer. Get an Abyssal Head (I'm 94 slayer and not had one) Get 85 zeal (This was worked out at about 20 hours yes?) That's a phenomenal amount of effort. 85 slayer everyone should get anyway, it makes sense when training combat, but then camping at demons for a head isn't advisable. I believe visages are more common. Plus I'm a true believer in slayer for XP so camping is out of the question. Then you have the whole Soul Wars game. Yes it's good for a time killer but it isn't a serious way to level. I'd rather spend the time doing something for more XP. However if I did get that much zeal (and had the head), I couldn't justify getting the pet when the XP I could be getting towards to a skill would be huge. I admit Jagex have excelled themselves with this joke, it is very very funny. But you know what I've seen it now thanks to this forum post. What is the point in me wasting all that time and possible XP just to do it myself? Sure it shows you have 85 slayer, but so does a 99 cape, and you will get a lot more kudos. Plus when would you have the pet out? There is a familiar suited for every purpose which could net you cash etc. Maybe the Grand Exchange, but then it would get lost in the spam... Sorry I'm rambling.

I can't see how pets are fun sorry. I know if I had that much zeal then it would go into XP. If I was maxed stats then yes, but until I have 99 it would go on XP. Actually I wouldn't spend that much time is SW as other training methods are better but meh, I will play it for fun.

Why is it? Seriously I want to know why people value a usless pet. You've seen what it does, and other than seeing it for yourself you have nothing to gain from it. The amount of time and effort to obtain it is immense, and the zeal points needed could seriously boost up your stats. It would be nice to have an abby demon following you yes, but it just isn't worth the time and efforr involved, especially when you consider what those zeal points could get you.

Can't see your stats as I'm behind a firewall but you should be able to do it with prayer with no issue. As for a hymen, it's a thin membrane of skin inside a womans vagina which breaks, usually when they have sex for the first time. It can also be broken through horse riding, climbing a tree or anything like that. In some cultures it's the proof of innocence, so women would be inspected before marriage to ensure she's pure for her husband.

I still use Guthans along with a Bunyip. Tasks last about 1.3 Bunyips, it's not worth summoning another Bunyip for the .3 as the next task could be one which requires a Terrorbird. Guthans/Karils/Proselyte will sort you out for all slayer tasks and are reasonably cheap. You don't need to worry about lugging Torags around, if you are getting hit that much then you should be praying, the defence difference between Torags and Guthans is minimal. Bandos is better, but expensive and still means you lose 2 inventory spaces. Why bother when Guthan's suffices. Great point about super sets. Always use super attacks and strengths. If you are getting hit often then bring along defences too. They obviously are not needed if you pray, and as you get higher levelled they become less useful. I take another dose once it drops around 10 points.

Yeah it's funny, but why does everyone want one now they've seen screenshots? Surely the XP outweighs an otherwise usless pet? It's all well and good getting one once you've maxed ya stats but I'd rather use the zeal on the otherwise expensive prayer XP, or the annoying to get range XP.

Which isn't always the best option. Trouble is the doors change when ever someone new enters the pyramid. Therefore more people equals more changing of doors. Whereas if you are able to join a clan, you all get on the same start and can help each other. World 64 is OK when it is quiet.
