  2. Good luck with 80 construction. As hobo said, it's a slow time of night.
  3. I'm gonna miss you... Nothing I can do to stop you from quitting, is there?
  4. I've been playing Runescape for 3 years now, one month of which has been as a member. I can honestly say I say no jump in maturity and intelligence when I became a member, nor a drop when i returned to f2p. What I did see was a large difference in the way the two treat each other. Members constantly talk down about and flame f2pers. F2pers tend to have respect for members. A large majority of intelligent f2pers tend to stay quite and listen as well. Also take this thread for example, look at the responses. A good number (not all) of the members who have posted talk down about ALL f2pers. The f2p players, especially Bini, Moonshadow, and Unorclan, have made well thought out post stating their opinions, not bashing members. How did you respond? With that. Try looking at yourself before bashing others. If you plan on talking about maturity and intelligence, try being mature and intelligent yourself if you want people to listen to and respect you. On a side note I fail to see how the above quote is in anyway true. As far as I know the last real addition to f2p (aside from clan chat) was the Stronghold of Security. Guess how long ago that was. Over a year ago, on July 4th 2006. Members get at least an update a week. Sorry for the insanely long post, but I felt it needed to be made.

  10. Aww man, I miss the good ole' days. I wish I knew how to take screenies in my noob days, I'd have lots of great pictures to share. This thread brings back alot of good memories.
  11. I look at my levels and see what I want to be able to do (i.e. 70 mining for addy, 75 woodcutting for mages and so on.) Then I break up my levels by what I think I can do/want to do in a week. That way I'm always doing something and always have the choice to do something else if I get bored. Not the fastest way of doing things, but it keeps me entertained :
  12. Bad Bini :shame: Anyways, grats on 80 woodcutting =D>

  16. A trick you can use to help prevent being hacked is using an on-screen keyboard. This stops key loggers, because you use the mouse, alot like a bank pin. Just thought I'd post this, incase you decide to take this guide further. : I like the idea of hiding cash. It gives you something to fall back on, just in case. With a collection of alot of ideas, this could turn out to be a good guide.
