In America, if they hang over the property line its allowed, but only to the point at which it crosses the line. I don't think it's something that would be much different in other countries. You'd probably be better off talking to your neighbors and asking them if they would mind beforehand though.

The real difference is that one is about an hour or so long, the other is 5 hours. And one is absolutely worthless.

I'm a different person because of the internet, but the difference at any given point between my online behavior and real life isn't all that different. I'm actually more reserved on the internet I think, although I probably voice my opinion a bit more here. And I talk about slightly different stuff in either place.

There's a point at which making the distinction requires more effort than its worth. Especially when all you really need to do is Google it to figure out the complete answer.

Lol lunch is $8... There are no homeless people where I live, so I have no real opinion on them. It seems like an interesting lifestyle though, it would be cool to try living like that for a few weeks. From what I've learned about homelessness, it seems like it's either the worst thing ever or a liberated lifestyle with almost no middle ground.
