One of the sections on the test is about vocabulary and the like, and uses smart-sounding words. Basically, what I meant to say (in a humorous fashion that totally failed because of cultural differences making me have to explain myself and look like an idiot) is that if you knew what the word "append" meant, you'd know what to do. :D Hehe, no worries. Well, I worked at a Chinese Restaurant for a couple of months. (I quit, the owners were absolute jerks) One night when we were servingan all you can eat take-away buffet, a homeless guy walks in and asks for a meal, so I just said sure, filled him up a container and paid for it for him. Next night I come to work and the owner's there, ready to bite my head off foretting a homeless person in there, because it's 'bad for business' and 'discouraging'. So I just quit. That was the thing that just really sent me off.

Well it was raining, and dark so they told me that I simply misjudged the turn, but I know that I didn't as I've made the same turn multiple times, same conditions, and i've never had this. The guy was blatantly speeding. Take it to a judge or something is my guess. You should be able to prove that it wasn't your fault and that he was breaking the law. What's the driver of the other car saying at this point? Of course he's siding with the police, "he's just an 18 year old kid, he was driving wrecklessly, it was completley his fault I tried to stop". My argument is, YOU SIR were on a cell phone, I saw you. And you sir, didn't try to stop, wheres the skid marks? Oh, yeah, there is none. And you sir, wouldn't have done the damage that you did going 40-45. But this has been a bad day, im going to bed. Back hurts severely, so ill check back in the morning. Well, I was reserving this judgement until I saw what category he fell under, but, seeing as it's 'Giant Novelty Arse', I'd say take him to the courts for reckless driving. :thumbsup:
