Duh, but most of them are. It's true here in my city anyway. For example, the place i used to live, about 75% of the population were white, and 80% of crime were because of black people. haha, and people think it isn't a problem.

I suppose runescape was based around "runetones" and the armour "runite" when it was still their project thing. Just, it expanded.
