It's not a bug, it's a strategy. If it was a bug it would have long since been removed. If you so strongly believe it is a bug, then report them for bug abuse and notice that nothing will happen Not everything is fair, if two players face off, the one with the highest combat is likely to win both players are not given an equal 50:50 chance at winning. In cw this is no exception, the team with the least noobs which run for the flag will win. It's unfair to the weaker team but that's just logic. If two teams each have idiots on them who race for the flags and both teams have ancient mages then both teams will hold their flag and the battle will end in a draw. Where is the unfair advantage in this case?

Seems to me that Christians think role-playing is evil for their kids. Seems like these parents are paranoid that these kids maintain an extremely sheltered childhood. Another point is the fantasy. Like the whole hypothesis of imaginary worlds is not allowed for them and they seem to interpert an "alternate world of magic" as propaganda for a competitive religion. That's just paranoia and ignorance, I pity the kids who's parents are such fanatics as that as their life is probably quite dull Then it boils down to plain stupidity, like the idiot who rates world of warcraft claims it almost consumed him, had it not been from a repeated message from god. Not only that sounds very odd but also, he blames the game for getting himself addicted? There is no chemical dependance, just that the guy is an idiot and can't realize he was just addicted to a very fun game style.

I see two benifits and no real downside first of all, this obviously allows for a new market for runescape and more people = more cash = more improvments (like more staff for cs or more servers for worlds) which could be benificial to us. Runescape tends to have more advertising than other games and so being introduced to Germany with a full german interface is likely, in my opinion, to bring about all the benifits that Jagex was looking for. As I love to bring about economic terms and theory, I would call this an example of economies of scale. second of all, and this concerns us directly, I have had personal experiences with people speaking dutch or other languages and me having a very hard time communicating. This will help them of course, but will also help me and other non-german speakers interact together

You just found the best part ^ 8-) well done. Gah, I knew those cute looking animals were acctually all part of a vicious propaganda scheme to promote the idea of evolution among young minds RebelAssassin, I also wished they did, unfortunately they arn't rating M games except for Halo, MGS twin snakes and Fable. Got to love from Halo: Cortana = nudity :-s PS: They also rated Runescape

Absolutely hilarious, http://www.almenconi.com/reviews.php?opt=games&sc_id=131 edit: Just a reminder, this is NOT an invitation to flame christians or any religion for that matter, just because one person write very extreme things like this doesn't mean all people following that religion will agree.

try doing the ones with sudoku patterns, it's a whole new level of insanity

To me it's just a piece of fiction. It is, however, reguarded differently by different people

Yer, I was completely knackered after my first session lol. Much harder playing singles though... double doesn't tire you out as much  I play tennis... that's a workout, a real man's game 8-) . Rock climbing will have you use and excercie every muscle in your body if done correctly

WIN!! Although, i have never owned an N64, i had the opportunity to play one on multiple occasions, my favorite game was Zelda OoT.

Memorable, what comes to mind for me is most touching - Sniper Wolf's death from MGS1 (I swear I was on the verge of tears here) - Grey Fox's death from MGS1 - The final scene in MGS3 The Hind battle in MGS1 and Harrier battle in MGS2 are both similar and spectacular

good god!!! And Zelda games are famed for being insanely long edit: Insane..... the guy playing this knows every single tiny trick about this game (beat the first boss in less than 5 secs), every movement he does is super accurate, and the tool he uses has him facing backwards all the time!! Furthermore he doesn't pick up any extra stuff, even the heart containers, and that's only the beginning..

gym everyday except for wednesday and friday (martial arts and rock climbing for those days)

they are extremely innefficient compliments on the guide. The minigame is fun, it's like playing zelda games all over again

he cooked it and then tried to eat it. I think it's awsome that runescape is becoming popular cult in england to the point of getting asked as trivia questions are you sure he cooked it first? Yes, after all it's his "specialty" Can someone prove this in a picture? Either talk to him or one of the trolls around him

Is luring an acceptable practice?
Solidus_77 replied to Kalphite_Queen's topic in General Discussion
Or possibly they are having a similar debate among themselves? As you said there's a fine line between luring and unexpected/accidental death in the wildy and without contextual evidence (which would be near impossible for cs), it would be hard to tell them apart. Best solution is to give as many warnings as possible to players -
How is it bad to have every spell on the same page? It's usefull if anything and there is plenty of room for some more spells

So why is it that I have heard from many people (including a jmod who works in the cs department) say that it is despisable but not bannable? -
How Did You Start Playing Runescape?
Solidus_77 replied to God_Of_Death's topic in General Discussion
2 and a half years ago in 9th grade, I am bored with playing HL1 on my computer over and over again, and all the flash/java games were boring. So one friday evening, on november 4th (Remember, remember the 4th of november ) I was in need of something fun on a computer. I had heard of rs from a friend and seen it on many, many websites so I decided to give it a shot. I got hooked on it instantly because of the whole "making armor/weapons/food from scrap". Me and the other people at school who played were quite active in 9th grade on rs, but since then I greatly surpassed them. Most have quit without ever achieving the goals they had set. -
if you want to lvl construction, there's no way around it: you WILL be using oak (unless you want to uselessly waste a ton of cash or be totally inefficient). In terms of reasoning you were looking at the supply, the answer is in the demand for this case

All of you are wrong, the best minigame is tears of guthix!!! It beats pest control and barrows anyday. Neither of those skills can give you exp in your weakest area. PC is good for training combat, but once that is done it's bye bye to pest control. You will never stop using tears of guthix. as for least favorite, I have a personal vendetta against rat pits. Basically because I'm an ex-rat owner (R.I.P. )

What I hate about being PK'd ... other than dying ...
Solidus_77 replied to Forum_User's topic in Rants
When people accuse you of using prayer, food or any items or hell, accuse you of defending yourself. I'm a total common sence noob. I have the common sence to lvl my prayer and acctually use it, same for food and teleports. -
How I lost my items - by scamming, dying and others

here's another popular one, but the guy made it too obvious and luckily I caught it I was selling 55k nats (which i was going to use to buy the ess to get 91 rc. remember back in the days before pure ess.... :( ) This girl comes up to me and offers a bunch of items, and 10 mill (the bunch of items were okay-ish but it was the 10 mill which really mattered for 40k of my nats. You know the drill, I press accept, she takes off the 10 mill and presses accept but this didn't close the trade screen making it very, very obvious. I just said "it's going to take a lot more than that" and she ran away
