That is your best way to find out about everything. But for F2P: Party Room, No Free Trade Limit, No Player Killing, Bounty Hunter and Clan Wars, No more bots, bit more Bankspace, The Grand Exchange and Secuirty Stronghold (Boss monster as such)

If you didn't get a second blurite sword during the quest then you cannot get another. however silver light is would work (Maybe?).
