I used to run before my final year of high school in which i broke my leg, fractured my knee in my other leg and had a crap load of exams in the impending months.I did particiapte in the yorkshire (man country :P) schools cross country which involved going through 10 miles of muddy countryside and hoping you finished.Had about 80 runners and it wasnt hard to finish top 20 if you didnt stop and you actually finished. The only running ill probably do from now on is the city fun run which is held at my old school, its for a charity specialising in heart disease and its about 9 miles through the countryside surrounding the school, its pretty fun and you get a free t shirt at the end of it \

lol, ive seen some fantastic G application trolls from peopel in bleeding edge raid guilds applying for these kara guilds which take everything way too seriousley at the level there playing and they still get accepted despite the pitiful fill out of the application...

My favourite level thats been created is from someone who has recreated the borrowers to the point that theyve thought about scale and at intervals they have say a giant shoe walk past and at the end they have the rocket rollerskate you jump in.Gives me a few ideas for some other film adaptation levels.

Yeah i agree, its the forum nerds bragging that completed one of the longest quest chains in the game just because they can, theres one good moment in that quest chain at least for alliance (i did on my gnome warrior) and that was diminished because of city chatter and the BG farmers :| Playing my druid more now, get him to 58 before the patch hits.I was going to go to 60 but that seems kinda pointless now with the exp decrease and my herbalisms as high as i can till outlands (yeah hit 315 herbalism at 51) and i intend to farm herbs rather than do dailys for my epic flyer. After playing warhammer i appreciate the leveling curve more than i had done before and it seems the levels are just flying by, they do need to adopt some of warhammers features, like not having to deal with crappy drop rate...

I didnt play RS as much as my character level indicates, the only time i played without a social life was when i broke my leg playing football and it was winter and i couldnt go to school on crutches so i just grinded my hunter level to 99 and got to 80 agility.After that i think id just got completely burned out with the game only coming on for TET and when i started to get back into it i had to quit because of an accident in the family. And i think TIF was a bigger addiction, i still troll (to pick a better term) these boards nearly half a year after i quit.

<3 you PvE scrub did you end up finishing them quests? i managed to get 2 20 slot herb bags full and 1 28 slot bag half full of lvl 1-30 herbs :D shud get me far in inscription imo; and we whiped all night on illidan because the tanks are idiots :/ i wud prefer going back to my old guild and finish off 4/6 sunwell >.> I finished all but one and thats because that one quest was asking for 10 gizzards and i had only got 1 drop off about 25 vultures -.- I noticed the drop rates for those quests were incredibly screwy. The way I had it worked out was that once you had enough drops to fill the criteria for one of the quests, the droprate would go WAY down, so for instance, if you needed 3 boar lungs for the quest you wanted to finish, but another one in your log only required 1 lung, you should finish the one with 1 lung in order to make the droprate go back up. There was a certain order to do the quests in which worked quite nicely like this. ...it was probably just superstition though. Yeah and the way the quests distinguish between completion you turn in a quest and those 4 quests you had flagged completed are no longer completed and you have to go farm those mutated beasts again.Thankfully im a druid so i can round 4-5 up and nuke them all down pretty quick.After doing these quests on 3 differant horde characters (allaince has double the quests in that zone) characters you should always start with the one to farm 10 basilisk brains and you kill boars and vultures on the way, turn in quests and then youre just killing things in a circuit and you get things doen quicker,The one with the basilisk brains brutal so just get that out the way. Insane:Yeah i will be playing tonight but most likely on my warrior alt Schtigg doing RAF, thats if my freind appears.If not i may play my druid (Stigg) and if i have no motivation ill play WAR and maybe TF2 :P

Yeah dreamcast games are still in production and development in japan, there mainly from design students though because Sega distributes a lot of dev kits in the game design schools in japan.Thats the general reasoning from sega in a kotaku story i read.

People crap on bungie for halo and i think that is completely wrong.The halo series is in no way a bad game, its one of the only examples of a FPS on consoles that is built from the ground up as a console game, which sounds like a [developmentally delayed]ed notion but most first person shooters on consoles are developed on pc and ported to console with movement speeds and enemy density lowered.Halo is created hwo it was designed and it has become a phenomenon in the single player area and multiplayer area. Unfortunatly this extracontent will be monetized, if microsoft took anything away from valve with steam its that you dont charge for extra content after a person has bought a game, its an incentive to not pirate the game, it increases longevity and its a sign of good will to youre consumerbase that the game you may have bought will see even more content in future.

The social side of the game needs improving, they need to create more specific channels for zones rather a "OMG I SPILLED MY CHOKLATE MILK" craptalk faction channel. I also had a weird graphical bug where when you logged in you would leave a version of youre character in each frame of animation and you would just crash the game with 20 people running around creating 800 dupes of there character :P
