  1. OMGPONIES *snicker* SubBlack here, so don't go posting white spoilers or forget to turn the edges on your images transparent if you have the rest of the bg transparent or it looks like crud to me ! :P
  2. Oh man, a sunday! I'm so doing that! :D Easy to convince my parents to let me too (Early to church ;) )
  3. And the slashdot community generally agrees that it was a feature mainly for games/movies that would have different publishers in different regions... but it's pretty much useless anymore since there's usually just the one publisher around the world (gaming wise, not sure how it is with movies). EDIT: Hopefully I get a Wii opening day and possibly spend a bit extra on the Wii browser... not buying any games though as I'm hoping to keep the price under $300 >.o
  4. Another point i'd like to make. If you are all judging people on their spelling and grammar (Which for you seems to equal another's intellegence) that is just plain wrong. Are you saying you are any better then those in special ed. classes? If you see them around the halls of your schools or on the streets, do you point them out and say "Hey, that person is less intellegent, lets make fun of him, and make him feel like a lower life form."? That is just disgusting. Edit: Again, i am not going to spell cheack this, and im preatty sure i spelt things wrong. If you all are so intellegent, you can sort it out. Aww muffin, am i asking for not even 2 seconds? Yes, some people do think less of you as an intelligent human being. We are more intelligent than people in special ed. classes (we meaning the people who can punctuate and were born with a regular brain and you know...). Do we make fun of them? No. If I saw you on the streets I wouldnt make fun of you...maybe "hey you tippiter" you but that's it. But since this is a thread about grammar it is perfectly appropriate to "discuss" what we think of bad grammar. Besides, those people are trying their best to do what they were born with. You, on the other hand, are lazy (in my opinion obviously). Wheather you like my opinion or not isn't relevant. This is pure abuse, and you are being extreamly disrespectful. I AM NOT IN A SPECIAL ED. CLASS. I AM TAKING UNIVERSITY COURSES IN HIGHSCHOOL, ALMOST ALL IN SCIENCE AND TEACHING. MY BRAIN IS BETTER USED TO MEMORIZE FACTS THAT I HAVE INTEREST IN. @BTTF_man. I can see your point, yes i did spell that wrong, and usually spell things two diffrent ways just because i end up being right one way, most of the time. You see the problem i have is that most of the words i spell wrong, i actually do not know. For an instance, i never knew how to spell actually right. RuneSmithie actually tought me how to spell it, by correcting my spelling. Not by nagging at me, not by yelling, but he actually correct me and told me i was wrong. Therefore i learned from the mistake. And i do read all my posts over. Yes i am lazy when it comes to one or two misstypes that i see, but if i see a whole sentence not make sense to even me or some spelling i know should be correct, i will correct it. It's if i do not know the word, that i run into problems. Read his post again... (And I believe I nagged and yelled ... a lot ;) )

  6. You don't have to use big words to be grammatically correct :P Besides, it's usually better to skip posts with those huge words because they're just people massaging their ego. ;)
  7. So lately I've found that a throttling script would be handy for my IRC bot, but I'm not sure of the best way to tackle it. I have several ideas, but they all seem to be inefficient and are longer than needed. So... just throw ideas out there (in pseudoscript or perl, preferably ;) ) :P
  8. [quote name="Lionheart" Im fairly sure i have a grasp on the english language' date=' as i can read excellent, it is just my spelling and some grammar that lacks. Heack, now that im in grade 11, they care less about spelling and grammar, they dont even teach iit. We are only tought now about how to read and decipher things, and learning how to undstand what others write, and what they mean vs. what you think. I am preatty sure i undserstand this because i have read it, and i think calling me slow is a big insult, seeing as i am an honors(sp?) student. It's because they assume you know how to use proper grammar by now.
  9. 1) Indians hunted because they needed animals for food and resource. You are a cruel person who mistreats deers for no reason. 2) I have no idea what the Jagermiester Clan is but it sounds stupid, especially because it uses an animal as a false idol. Lol, he just said he wanted to go hunting , and mentioned deer... get over it. Anyways, to exapnd a bit on what I want for my future: I realy don't want to get married. Don't feel like being tied to someone (so to speak) no matter how much I do love them. Guess i'd rather (personaly) just be on my own as far as living goes, much easier as far as payments go as well. I just have to worry about getting payments done for what I want. Well, if I did get married, I wouldn't want kids. Last thing I want is to have to be a parrent... Guess it's just the way I am, but I wouldn't want to do that. I'd much rather just get a bit older and be able to relax. You know, go to work, work on some artwork for some company, go home and relax on the PC. :) But your insurance payments will be a pain in the butt :P

  13. Might as well repay the sentiment :P *vomits @ Naruto
  14. The fillers were toooooo long XD My fav. animes include: Naruto (first half) Escaflowne Last Exile FMA But to top that off, though I'm not sure if anime movies are involved, Princess Mononoke is probably the best for me \(lot's of bloody action) For movies, I prefered Howl's Moving Castle :P Oh, and Spirited Away :|
  15. Extension to that: Unlocking 007 mode the very first time :|
  16. Classic Dragonball :) None of that fancy Z stuff, and definitely none of that schmancy GT stuff, just the original...
  17. Getting 100% completion on every mode in Tony Hawk's Underground 1 and 2 and... almost getting it in American Wasteland :P
  18. And to think, this year I got a bike for my birthday :P

  20. runesmithie replied to oilertay's topic in Off-Topic
I have a linux computer :( Does that make me a terrorist?
  21. In HL you fight aliens, not zombies and SH isn't really a zombie game(AFAIK) But Ravenholm is filled with zombies :P (because of the aliens >.o)
  22. Steak with honey seasoning sounds somehow, no matter how perversely, tasty. Thanks for the idea. 8-) I personally use it for chicken, never tried it on beef. I choose honey because if the other seasonings upset someone's stomach, honey naturally soothes it...and tastes good :). Trust me, play around with various things in your kitchen and you can make a seasoning for anything. . Skimming through this thread I see.... "I personally use it for children," >.> Teach me to speed through...
  23. 28 Days Later is almost a zombie film!? Man, I guess I should have finished that movie... all I remember is someone at a drug rehab clinic and a homosexual german guy.... i dont know what film youve been watching but it isnt 28 days later  Right, so I looked it up on imdb and I found out I was thinking of 28 Days
