Me ;) But if you go to world 2 GE there is a large market of people paying to have items lended to them. And some for exorbitant prices. One person I saw paid 600k for 3 hours with an ags

I wanted to try using an ags to solo bandos and since I know no-one that owns one I went to world two. The first person wanted 100k and I got some maple longs in return. He then promptly logged, The second person only wanted the trade limit and did lend the gs to me. So it all depends on if you already know some-one willing to lend the item and if you get honest people to lend the item.

It might be fake but I do believe when clue scrolls were updated the chance of getting multiple items in one clue was raised by a great deal
