Construction!

Here's a map so you can just know exactly where it is. The Black Arm Gang Building is in the big red square. :D :D Have fun with the quest. If you have yet to find a partner, use the sticky on Tip.It or go to Varrock in a populated world. I used the east bank, and just said need _______ member. Within five minutes, you should have a partner. :D

construction i dont respect its 200kxp per hour.. i did cooking without cook x and its basically the same speed lol I think Slayer and Runecraft.. farming is just plant and leave.. nothing hard there. Constuction is easy if you have 100M just sitting around. If you have to actually earn the money, which is getting all the materials yourself, then it's one of the hardest ones out there, no denying that. As I always say, don't bash a 99 until you have that 99. If you don't have the level you shouldn't be saying the 99 is easy. That goes for ALL skills. I would have to say: Slayer Construction Herblore Runecrafting Mining In no particular order.

Here's a Runecrafting level. It is much awaited. :) Thanks Celt and Valerie for coming! :D We meant to get a triple Runecrafting level up. Everything went bad from there. We all had to eat dinner and then check out the new clothes and haircuts. Finally, we gathered around the altar deciding to level at the same time. :) So I count down, Ready? 3, 2, 1, 0! We all click the altar and only Celt sees the pretty sparkles. Val and I were bummed, but we decided to get our levels together and Celt would Congratulate us. So, let's have another go at this... 3, 2, 1, 0! We both click the altar again. Val sees the lovely sparkles fly from above her newly cut head (nice look by the way), yet I don't see anything colorful above me. I take a look at my stats and relise I am 250Xp from the level. (I miscalculated lol) So, I click my glory while the gals wait for me. (Thanks Again :) ) Aww man, that was my last charge for my glory. I checked my bank to get more Pure Essence and another glory. I scroll down to the bottom of my bank and relise all my glories are out of charges. I instantly click the teleport to Burthrope and off I go to charge my glories. I felt so bad to leave them waiting for me. Hello guard, nice to see you again! Yes, I am in a hurry, I need to charge these glories fast, I have to level up! I pass the guard and down the ladder I go. I see all those bats and run past them anxiously, finally finding my way to the fountain! Quickly, I charge all the glories and teleport to Edgeville. Load my inventory with pure essence and run to the old man that will teleport me into the abyss. No PKers could get in my way now, I was determined. *hits the teleport option* Boom, I am now in the abyss, yet I relised I forgot to eat and am low on health. 35 HP Mine the rock! 20 Hp Mine the stinking rock! 12 Hp Wheff, I enter into the safe zone and charge into the Nature altar. Close call. There I see Val and Celt waiting for me patiently. Okay ready guys? (I meant gals, it's a bad habbit lol) Dance when messages are ready.... Celt dances and Val immediately dances to. Okay, 3, 2, 1, 0. I click the altar and the messages fly yet no sparkles. :( I was 24 Xp away from my level. Luckily I filled my pouches. I appologised yet again and they retyped the messages. 3,2,1,0! I click the altar and sparks fly! Messages are waving and switching colors! I did it, finally! :lol: Thanks for the fun time Celt and Val!

Congrats Celt on the Runecrafting level. Haha, it took us a couple of goes but we finally got all of our levels. I think it was funny how we wanted to get them at the same time, yet we ended getting them all at different times. :lol: Well, congrats again! :) Nice meeting you. :D

No, basically, you will run for many people in world 66. You will trade with whoever needs essence at that moment, not one particular person. Go to Runescape Official Forums. Search for World 66 Laws. There is an official thread of whom you should trade essence to and all the rules of Law Running. Follow those and you should be fine!

-pokes head in- Congratulations on getting members back :) Nice amount of pure essence stocked up! The most annoying thing for me is always buying supplies that don't relate to the skill I'm training, but are required to complete my goal (pure essence, energy potions, etc.). Whenever I go shopping for such items, I always start thinking, "Imagine how much _____ experience I could have gotten instead!" Meh, hope I'm not putting you down or anything :XD: Just me rambling.. I'd recommend stocking up as much as you can while you can :) But maybe that's just me... ...ANYWHO! (Sheesh, about time I shut up.) Good luck with everything! Runners are used to run pure essence from the bank to the altar of your choice. Basically, you will stand at the altar and wait for the runners to come and bring you essence or pure essence. You will then pay them in either, cash, pure essence and the rune you are making, the rune you are making, or double of the rune you are making. There are certain worlds for each different rune. For instance, the law running wolrd is world 66. The runners will trade you how ever many essence you can hold. You will then trade them the same ammount of essence noted and the same amount of laws. This is extremely fast experience. I like to use the abyss more, but this is a fast method if you wish to raise your Runecrafting level very fast. If you want to find out more about the (insert rune here) running worlds, just go on RSOF and search for (insert rune here) running world. There will be an official world which you can use. Make sure you follow the directions or else you may not be traded. Have fun! :)

Yeah, sorry about that. :) I have seen it listed many times and shot down by many staff members, just I couldn't find their quotes. :) With the addition of the sigs, like Darkblade said, the site would cost much more to run. That's why Draynor.net went down in the first place and they are primarily just sigs. If Tip.It made dynamic sigs and keeps the site as it stands, this site will become very expensive to run.

This has been suggested numerous times. Not so long ago, this was suggested on the thread concerning Draynor.Net and how their dynamic sigs are no longer available. As it has been stated multiple times, Tip.It will not host a dynamic signature service due to budget and server issues. But yes, I did notice that Draynor.Net went down. They hand a lot of fans, and if their signature database was killed, it's going to be very hard to recover. ~Rcty Rcty is a Crew Member for Tip.It, so I wouldn't expect these sigs to ever come out of Tip.It. It is a lot of hard work! :) Just stick to Runeweb if you would like to get a new sig. Their sigs are very good. :D

Well, it depends on the methods that you wish to use. If you will be using all the pouches you can use with super energies, your number per hour will greatly increase. I only have a small medium and large pouch. I use super energy pots, therefore, I can usually craft a round of nats in one minute and thirty seconds. Therefore, I can craft 1680 nats an hour with no PKers and forgetting the glory. If you have any of these distractions, the amount per hour will decrease. Also, if you view the forums, the number will decrease. So, if you go full out, you can get a lot more per hour!

Well it really depends on my mood and lag issues. Some days I will have semi-rare lag so I will keep it on friends/off so I never have to deal with all of the PM's. Other days I just need to be alone. I will keep it on only when I feel like meeting new people and saying hello to everyone that I don't have added. I am starting to get more and more PM's, so it's sort of a gimme that I have to eventually go to friends as my chat. I just tell people if they want to talk, check out my blog or PM me and I will add you. :)

After looking at these for a little while now, they have grown on me. :D I just had to get used to them is all. I remember when the icons first came out I didn't like them either. I guess I just needed to get used to them. :) I really like the Construction one. It looks a little more realistic than it did before. Which is good for my cape if these effect the cape! The combat icons were updated nicely. Good job Jagex! :)

To be honest, I like the current interface. If this is real, I just think that the icons look more fake than they are now. They are too bubbly like Jem said. I won't mind if this comes out, but if I had the choice, I'd choose no update on this one. :oops: EDIT: I have seen the new interface in the Knowledge Database. I am guessing that it is now coming out. After getting used to them, I am starting to like them! :D

I still don't understand what you want changed. There is a reason why some posts get locked and other don't. Would I feel bad if I made a guide that took me two hours and it got locked? Yes, I would if there wasn't a guide out there that was: [*:3hikkgva]Better [*:3hikkgva]About the subject [*:3hikkgva]Different than mine The point of the matter is, the guides that are locked are locked because there is a guide out there that goes over the same information, in a more indepth way. Their guide is better in a since, and there is no need to have two guides out there. One that is indepth and one that is not. If the guide that is made is not any better and does not offer anymore information than the existing guide, there is NO point in keeping it around. It is basically just a copy of the old guide. It's just like any other topic. If there is already a topic concerning the same information, the new topic gets locked. There is no point in having seperate conversations split between two topics when the conversation can flow through one topic. Like I said earlier, the Quest guides are locked because Tip.It's guides are more indepth and have everything you need to know. If quests varied in methods, I am sure the quest guides would be allowed. But, since there is only one way to do a quest, you should only have to read one guide. Tip.It's guides are always reliable and if any change in a quest were to occur, Tip.It would be able to change it. What if the user who made the first quest guide quit Runescape, so his/her guide isn't up to date? Then you could be recieving false information. There is no point in keeping around guides that don't offer any more information than Tip.It's guides. I am sitting here looking through all the guides that have been locked. I don't see many. There are two that I have seen, that have been locked because of the Quest Guide on that quest has been released on the site. There is also another that violated the rules. The other ones I see have been either requested to be locked or are in the wrong forum. So, I have yet to see any topics you are talking about anyways. I have only gone to about page 4 in each section, but those guides date back to May 12, 2007. That is almost three months ago. I don't see your end of the debate. For the past three months, there are very few guides that have been locked. Those that have been locked are locked because there are better, more indepth guides. I know I would rather read the better guide than the guide that isn't as indepth. I can get a better understanding by reading the more indepth guide, whereas with the other guide, I may be totally in left out on certain subjects. If I am going to spend my time reading the guides, I want to read the best guide, not the guide that isn't as good. Sure, people spent time on their guides, but why should I waste my time reading your guide if it isn't any good? Just because you spent time on a guide shouldn't mean I have to waste time reading it, thinking it is the best method to do whatever the subject is concerning. The guide may even not be up to date with the fastest methods, and I could spend time training my skills in the wrong method, thus wasting my time more than the guidemakers time to make the guide. Locking a guide will only effect one person whereas if the blog doesn't have the right material, it could hurt a lot of tifers time.

I agree with you. But, I already suggested this. The community of Debate Club didn't post on any of the posts that would move the Debate Club out from under the Ranst Forum, therefore, it hasn't gone far. If you want to add more to the Debate or want to try and get users in Debate Club to post their opinions, here is the links... Post for users to decide The actual debate I still agree with this issue, but I can't seem to get enough people on board. If you would like to bump up the discussions, you can do so! :)

Here's one main reason why the quest guide that you used as an example got locked. There is more information already in the Tip.It guide. The Tip.It guide is more reliable and better written. Also, quests do not vary. For instance, there are many methods to do Barrows and other mini-games, but there isn't more than one method to do a quest. It's plain and simple, the same thing everytime. There is really no point in making a guide that is the same as the one on Tip.It's site. The quest option is there because when quests are newly released, people can then post their guides. They may then be stickied and used by all users before the Tip.It guide comes out. Once the Tip.It guide comes out, there is no reason for those guides to be used when they are just a repeat of the Tip.It guides. Like I said earlier, Barrows and other Mini-games have a variety of ways that the mini-game can be played. Tip.It's guide only displays one way, when there are many other methods that others may like more than Tip.It's method. Another example is for those whom wish to go for the Fire Cape. The Tip.It guide may confuse some users, so they may use another guide. It can also go Vice Versa. The method that the Tip.It guide uses may not be to you liking, so these other guides may give you another method that you enjoy more. Hopefully I cleared that up for you a bit. :)
