For those of you in the USA, I'd like to let you know that the death penalty isn't cheaper than life without parole. Death penalty trials/executions cost (on average) 40% more than the process which ends in life without parole. I don't understand the thought process which leads people into believing that the death penalty sets an example and/or deters violent criminals from committing violent crimes. If you told me I had a choice between life in prison and dying by lethal injection/firing squad/hanging/ect, then I wouldn't hesitate to select the latter. Even if you weren't ready to die after being sentenced, I'm sure 25 years in prison would change your line of thinking.

A couple of news items regarding my progress on 99 Fishing: Over 13k Monks banked :D: Over 7M Xp, and under 180k xp (1.5k monks) to 93 :D:

I cannot believe this went untouched. Did you even stop to think about that comparison? I seriously think not. I know a hefty amount of smokers and not a single one of them blows smoke in other people's faces out of boredom. I don't understand why you even brought that up to be honest, considering the fact that in some states and countries a smoker CANNOT be indoors (save a private residence) when they're smoking. I'll leave that to a separate debate though, but I still must ask what are you talking about? I highly doubt that what you said is the "truth" regarding this matter considering it's a question with numerous answers. I haven't a single problem with public nudity. If you want to freeze/sweat yourself to death be my guest.

Put money on the Chargers. They have no business being in the playoffs, and usually it's a team like that who ends up winning it all. If the best team were to win the Super Bowl, I'd have to say the Panthers V Titans or Panthers V Colts would interest me quite a bit. Anybody but the Giants/Steelers/Vikings and I'm all good.

Tried to do a 360 over a dirt funbox with my bmx bike when I was 13. Bike ended up on top of me and I didn't ride much after that. Trying to impress girls by doing tricks you've never attempted really backfires.

My Car: (1999 Chrysler Sebring Convertible JXI) Bought it myself. It's drop-top feature is just amazing in the spring/summer/early fall time. Treats me very well. I love it.

1.6k Monks fished today, mostly while playing Xbox to help with the time. Should be looking at 92 Fishing within the next two days :D

Ohhhh fine. I'll give it a shot :D Going for 92 fishing in the next couple of days. Going to collect about 10k monks and then figure out what to do from there. Perhaps 99 Fishing?

I lol'ed. Planning and attempting murder are illegal. As a matter of fact, pre-meditated murder will land you more time in prison than spur of the moment will. It IS wrong to want to kill someone, but it's infinitly more wrong to complete the act. Acting on a feeling isn't wrong. Acting on what comes natural to yourself isn't wrong (assuming of course you're not infringing on the rights of others). "In every aspect of our life, we have a choice." We don't have a choice as to who our parents are. We have no choice as to where we grow up. We have no choice as to what school we attend as a pre-schooler. We don't have choices on lots of things we do. I can't choose who I'm attracted to. I can't help that blondes are more appealing to me than redheads, just as homosexuals cannot help the fact that they are attracted to the same sex. It's not wrong if it comes naturally. As long as you aren't infringing upon my rights, I could care less. Why worry about what others do if it's not hurting anyone else?

Is there some specific reason you incessantly post like this?

Got 91 Fishing, but missed the pic :wall: Oh well, at least it's a new level :D Not sure what to do next. Perhaps mages again?
