You can always sue, you just need to find a lawyer. A lawyer will read the terms and conditions and find loopholes or to see if their terms and conditions contradict anything by UK law under gaming, internet, entertainment etc. You can't just have : 'If you agree to our terms and conditions to play this game, you can't sue us' That's essentially what they are saying, it's a bit different because they need to be concise. Even though the character is their intellectual property, you could claim depression or something, after all I can imagine if you spent years training and they ban you for no reason you would be really upset.

All you people talk like you know something about RS. People who have been playing since the EARLY RS classic days that Jagex will get more and more people easily to play. They didn't do this on an impulse, it was obviously planned months ahead, just to even get the coding done on something like this would take a while and then all the testing and meetings. They anticipated outrage at first, but it's cooled down a bit. I for one was upset by revenants, but now I like them, they kill off low level rune miners, so it's easier for me to mine rune ore now. I never did PK much, but I was upset, because it was a tradition like thing. But bounty hunter is pretty cool and the benefit is the removal of real cheaters. THe duplication event - SO many banned, many more quit after massive price drops. Switch to RS2, all the high levels complained, many quit, bah look how many more players Jagex got as a result. There will always be people complaining, every single update will have some complainer. Unless there is a mass boycott for a month, nothing is going to happen. I see people complaining but still playing at the same time. INfact some seem to be quite content running around RS declaring their unhappiness at the updates. This is not a social movement people...calm down.

I mine rune, and since I have no intention of fighting them when mining rune, I'm guessing since they mage, I should wear my dragonhide and carry an antidragon shield? Is this correct?

THe lvl 105's are usually found above lvl 30 wilds, near rune rocks. I don't recommend fighting them until you are at least lvl 105 melee based. I don't know what it is for ranged or mage. They hit upto like 25. I am lvl 100 and I struggled fighting them. THey aren't easy. THey are MUCH harder than your average lvl 105 pker.

They are MUCH harder than wildy pkers. Since when could lvl 75's start fighting lvl 100's and win?

I agree with the positive aspects yes. But I seriously have trouble fighting lvl 105 revenants that do 25 damage constantly. I mean not even a lvl 126 does that, f2p armour and weapons are no match for fighting those kind of things off.

Jagex has really outdone themselves this time. I wonder if we can have a mass boycott for a week to show them how much we really love this great update.

I don't know what to do, they are better than pkers, they chased me down like 10 lvls of wilds. A lvl 105 orc revenant attacked me while i was going to mine rune rocks. He hits like 25. This is insanely impossible to do anything. I prefer fighting a lvl 126 pker while mining rune. THis is just sad and [removed]. We don't even have proper [bleep]ing armour in f2p to be battling such things.

I'm lvl 98, even with no armour, a random event takes a while to kill me, ive infact killed a rock golem with no armour and my pickaxe, so I'm not worried too much. Keyloggers, if you don't download dodgy stuff related to RS, you will be FINE, if you have a firewall and antivirus that is enabled and has been updated rcently you will be FINE You aren't gonna lose a rare unless you do something stupid.

I know a lot of people start off with silly names when they first start off and probably want to change it later, but can't. Jagex should tell them, we will give you a chance to change your name now, if you don't, then we will have to ban your account. Voila, problem solved, it's not difficult for Jagex to get them to change the name, it's a simple process.
