I downloaded my copy of "All Hope Is Gone", but still went to the store to buy the album anyways because I enjoy supporting my artists.

So, I'm bored.. Who doesn't accept Evolution?
meh, no thanks, I hate biology, so glad I can drop it next year \ and you point about the moths is not evolution, it is just an example of that breed of moths becoming 'extinct' in that area, due to an abnormal growth in death by birds. They were not a "breed" of moths, and they did not become extinct either. They evolved and adapted to their surroundings. It's like saying someone with black hair is a different species than a person with blond hair. Those particular moths had a different TRAIT and since that TRAIT made them superior to the white moth, they survived. I really cannot wait until you go to a University. That kind of thinking is going to really get you in trouble. And as a side note, I absolutely hate Biology as well, but it's a good thing to be a well rounded student in all the subjects. Even if you don't like it, you can still learn a great deal from it, which is what you quite obviously need.

So, I'm bored.. Who doesn't accept Evolution?
So what do you have to say about moths during the 19th century in England? Well I'll tell you that they evolved pretty well. During the industrial revolution in England, there was a certain species of moth that was normally white winged. However, there was a genetic mutation in which the wings would be gray or charcoal colored. Well, when the industrial revolution came around, a lot of things were covered in soot, dirt, and grime from the local factories producing pollution. Most of this dirty pollution covered walls of houses and other buildings in the city. As you can imagine, being a pure white moth against a gray or black background makes you immensely easy to see from far away. Birds feasted on these unfortunate white moths. Gray moths on the other hand were not so easy to spot. Through breeding and survival techniques developed by these moths, there are no more white moths left in England of that particular species, just gray moths. Now in your argument you state that you do not believe in evolution because all of these complex things are "highly unlikely". It's as if you are implying that the actual animal is consciously thinking about evolving. Animals, as well as humans, have a survival instinct. When you have adrenaline pumping through your veins, you can do some pretty crazy stuff. Animals do not try to evolve, it just happens. I think you really need a Biology 101 course.

Noooooooo! The Voice. He's dead.
He probably recorded around 30,000 stock voice over clips for movies that could be used for any genre at any time. Just use those.

What is your view on wealth?
Well eventually little Johnny is going to be inheriting his daddy's wealth, so I think he's safe to say a good portion of that is his.

Bulls On Parade- Rage Against the Machine I have to get pumped up for the concert tonight. I don't think I'll be able to sit through my 3 classes today without making someone mad from me tapping all the time.

the best guitarists ever?
Maybe not for you, but they did pretty much START Rock and Roll. Some of the first to combine Country Blues and Rhythm and Blues. To quote the great Muddy Waters... "The Blues had a baby and they called it Rock and Roll."

Slipknot - All Hope Is Gone (New Album)
Why not? It's not exactly like their other albums in the sense of song structure.

Best. Quote. EVAR!

I looked at your Last.fm and I saw you already like Tool, but I'm still suggesting that you sit down with the lyrics in an internet window open and listen to the entire Lateralus album front to back. My second recommendation would be to listen to De-Loused In the Comatorium by The Mars Volta front to back. Pretty interesting concept album. Check this Wikipedia Description. The album has had amazing reviews and received a few awards from magazines. I've completely stopped listening to my iTunes on shuffle anymore. Good albums are like great paintings. There are many facets to them and many small brushstrokes, just like in an album there are small time changes and different songs, but when they're put all together they make one amazing picture that can't be achieved by listening to a single song or looking at a single brushstroke.

Lowering of the drinking age to 18
I think you'd have to be a very small person in order to get alcohol poisoning from a whole 750.

Lowering of the drinking age to 18
It's actually quite sad how some kids my age have little appreciation for well brewed beer, though. Some are only meant to be enjoyed one or two at a time.

Currently Reading
When you're done with that one read The Grapes of Wrath by Steinbeck. Amazing writing. I'm re-reading East of Eden. Such beautiful poetic writing.

I don't even consider them Lynyrd Skynyrd anymore.

There's just no point. Especially in college you just have to know anyone over 21 to get it. It's so easy where I'm at. High school is trickier, but I was lucky to have an older sister that would buy for me and my friends whenever.
