  1. Yeah a carbon footprint is not related to global warming when you think about it. Global warming shouldn't have an effect on your choice; you should be reducing it anyways for the good of the planet.
  2. So since I used the word "childish" with religion it is wrong? I had those beliefs as a child, and that would make them CHILDISH. I didn't mean to make people angry, it is you who is being offended by another belief (or lack thereof). And for the record I don't post in religious debate threads because it's completely pointless. To each his own belief. I'm honestly not trying to be an internet troll. Yes the part of my first post that was sarcastic was out of line, but to get angry at a person's beliefs seems a little out of line to me as well.
  3. Did you get Big Bad Voodoo Daddy's version of "I Wanna Be Like You"?
  4. Points to two dictators who ruled aggressive, hateful regimes. Besides, they knew France was an easy target.
  5. Looks to me like you're the only one fighting. I was just stating my childish beliefs.
  6. Name Of Song: Blacken The Cursed Sun Artist: Lamb of God Album: Sacrament Name Of Song: Born of a Broken Man Artist: Rage Against the Machine Album: The Battle of Los Angeles Name Of Song: Wings For Marie (Pts. 1 and 2) Artist: TOOL Album: 10,000 Days The whole Wings+Viginti Tres synch is so awesome. Not many people thought of that right away. And the meanings behind Wings is awesome too.
  7. Sarcasm on the lulz part. But I was very serious about believing in god. I think it's funny how I believed all those childish stories, because that's what they are; STORIES. I hit puberty about 4 or 5 years ago. I'm going to be 19 in 3 months. So tell me how I'm classified as "pre-pubescent". Usually when you mature, you start forming your own opinions on the world around you. Usually that's when you believe or don't believe, but go figure. I guess since I have my opinion I must be immature and a jackass :|
  8. Its sponsered by Rockstar energy drinks, and they named it the tour of mayhem because of the bands that play there. Oh, is Mayhem one of the smaller bands playing? No they just think it's badass to call it Rockstar Mayhem Tour. A lot of the bands are mainstream "badass".
  9. I was the kid who told everyone that Santa wasn't real in 1st grade. Made probably 4 kids cry. Good times. I remember when I believe god was real. Guess I did it for the lulz.
  10. I looked up Jon Theodore on wikipedia this afternoon and found it too. Looks interesting. Please put FORMER drummer of The Mars Volta. Thomas the beast Pridgen is now the drummer for TMV. And beast he is.
  11. Way to go, it takes a lot of effort. But it was totally worth it, wasn't it :)
  12. Idea was original, but the producers really made it really crappy. This movie was horrible overall.
  13. It's not the Festival of Mayhem...it's called The Rockstar Mayhem Tour. And I'm going August 10th to Chicago to see it with some guys from my band. It's going to be a helluva good time.
  14. Dude, read the Sword of Truth series. You'll like it so much more than anything else you picked out. I can guarantee that.
  15. The Firebird Suite is my favorite by him. One of the best Drum and Bugle Corps adaptations as well.
  16. The more I think about it, the more I realize that most every book in High School (including AP English assignments) I really ended up liking. Kinda weird how teachers knew what they were talking about :
  17. Edited it in for your sake. I saw him put 1985 and for some reason it didn't even register :? I've read the book too haha.
  18. Serious, after seeing some of your posts i kinda thought you probaly weren't even 13 yet  . Hey go easy, sometimes it takes a little longer for kids to mature. :-w He'll join the real world someday.
  19. Goodkind is an absolute genius. I read the Sword of Truth series in under a year and that was waiting from last August until November for the final book to come out. If you liked 1984 I would strongly advise you to read Brave New World. It is the best dystopian society book that I have ever read in my life. It's a must read for any science-fiction reader.
  20. That would be Elton John writing it all! I totally forgot about Jungle Book. The Bear Song is awesome. And Big Bad Voodoo Daddy's version of "I Want To Be Like You" is freakin' sweet.
  21. Lion King, Aladdin, or Peter Pan. Those are my favorite from back in the day.
  22. Never said it was, never said it was mine, I'm just doing it because I feel like it. When the pimply faced kid working the register decides to get the gall to tell me not to do it, then I might stop. Or I might just laugh at him too. I haven't really decided it yet.
  23. Do you even realize how much it actually costs Arby's or any other restaurant that serves pop from a fountain to serve that glass? It costs them a mere 5 cents to serve you that pop. With them serving pop at a 150% price increase, they should easily be able to afford to do the 5 for $5.95, which they had been doing for over 5 years! Inflation really doesn't have anything to do with this. No other restaurants have raised their prices. Hardee's offers a roast beef sandwich and that has been the same price since I can remember.
