Tip.it Times 6 December 2009
I fail to see why ending the article the way the author did was irritating. The article was about people on the RSOF going overboard in complaining about an update, and after the article was finished the author wished a Happy Thanksgiving to the TipIt community. I think criticism of the article is fine, but to presume you know the authors intent in a holiday greeting is a bit much.

26-Nov-09 Thanksgiving & Community Event (UNTIL DEC 7TH)
Just curious, if Jagex does May day or 11-11, should we "colonists" boycott the event? Or should we point out that we haven't been colonists since July 4, 1776?

I imagine it wouldn't make sense to a kiddie such as yourself, especially the immature kind who uses "gay" as an insult. This

You bid on it, you won, you pay. Plain and simple. As far as the new account goes, you'll have to use your "other" name and billing address as well as email. If you don't plan on paying, don't bid in the first place :wall:

[]range training
Ending the post the way you did doesn't gloss over the fact you said I "look stupid". Classy. To answer your question, I wasn't actually quoting anyone. I was making a silly statement in a ridiculous way to make light of off-base accusations against so-called "mod wannabes". I didn't want to gloss over anything. I said it makes you look stupid cos it does, I didn't say you were stupid. I have seen many people do it, type things out properly then type like that for effect, I always come to the same conclusion .... it backfired. I assume you used it as a way to make people who were saying "you wanna be mods" to make them look stupid. You were quoting them cos you said what they said, isn't that the definition of quoting some body? You assume incorrectly. As I already stated, I was making light of what I felt was off-base accusations. In no way was my intention to make anyone "look stupid". As far as the quoting thing goes, I never repeated what anyone actually said. I did, however, paraphrase what a number of people said. The funny thing is, I agree with your point that my typing the line for effect did indeed backfire.

Tip.It Times: 12 July 2009 - Addressing the Anti-Hack Key
Good reads this week. !st article was spot on....until I learned it's not a USB thingy, then the "key" seems easier. But, I agree the extra bank space thing is bad. What's next? "Buy the new RS pencil case and get a new summoning monster!"? 2nd article was a good read, don't get me wrong, but I don't see how inflation is ok now because it will be fixed later.

What is with all all these wannabe mods? There is a HUGE difference between leaving your character logged in while you sleep and trying to find a training method that reduces the ammount of clicking. The original title of this thread said it all: afk range training. People pointed out that afk anything is against the rules. This doesn't make them wannabe mods. I saw no threat of reporting or anything like that, just people pointing out the rules. OMG!!!!! Heez poyntin owt rulz! Heez a mod wannabe!!!

What do you think about the Trade Limit?
Oh here we go trying to bring up eachothers intelegence. IDGAF about what you think about my intelegence this is about the "trade limit" and only one person said "This topic seems to be 2 years late" if you had half a brain and read half of what you saw you would understand that only one person said "this topic is 2 years late" So shut up. If it was just to attack the Credit Card Fraud then why did they block drop trading? And the fact we can't get the opponents stuff when we kill them... Exactly. Wow... I wish I had the audacity to start a topic I didn't understand. The trade limit affects "drop trades" because there really is no difference between direct (let me give you 100k) trades, and drop (I left 100k here on the ground for you) trades. As far as the opponents stuff is concerned, it again, is no different. "I'll give you 100k" vs "I'll take 100k out of the bank, turn off auto-retaliate, you kill me and get the 100k". The answer isn't that hard to figure out.
