Some newbs use bad food. If they use, I don't know, tuna, and you use lobs, you have 54 hp extra assuming you only have food in your invent. Same thing with prayer, if you have higher pray than them, it just might tip things your direction. [Edit] 184 BTW.

The hooded figure is definitely a follower of Zaros ('A purple light bled into the barrows'). Something that just struck me... The Mahjarrat are going north... What's north? The Corporeal Beast... Maybe the Zamorak followers are trying to harness its power, and the Zarosians are attempting to stop them, or vice-versa?

I'm pretty sure the Mahjarrat don't look like that. Zemouregal looks very much like a skeleton to me, although it's possible they have the ability to transform.
