What's with everyone and thinking everyone wants to PK there? They just want competitive skilling where you can shove someone's face in the dirt to get an area for yourself. Using your CB level in skilling pretty much doesn't exist yet.

Does Attack determine whether you hit a 0 or x, where x has better chances of being your max hit the higher your Strength, or does it make the chances of hitting your max hit higher? I've looked all around and I'm still confused.
