Medical pot distribution ruled unconstitutional in Canada
It could be in some cases. It's not hard to prove morphine is a painkiller, and as I said, a similar test can prove pot works in some cases. Not all treatments work for everybody, that doesn't mean they're illegal, criminal, and deemed as dangerous as heroin. "Twenty-one patients from across the country testified in the case, saying they were rejected by doctors a total of 113 times. One Alberta patient was refused by 26 doctors; another in Vancouver approached 37 physicians without finding a single one to sign off on the form." Would you approach 37 different physicians asking for dope knowing the long delays involved when you can get other medication?

In Canada, if you're sick, the government is going to pay for your health care, so in a sense that argument's not completely valid

Watch the video I posted. That person feels less pain when he gets high; a simple test could probably show that. Besides, if it's not proven to have negative effects, then why not?

We're in the US now, but apparently it's not just about health concerns.

It was legal to possess less than 30g for a couple of months but then it was undone, if I read correctly in another article.

So the election shouldn't really have an effect on this, gotcha. I agree with both of you, by the way.

Yeah, because there's a [cabbage]-ton of tax on them. Unless they're planning on doing that and selling it through an LCBO-type organization (not necessary as marijuana doesn't necessarily harm you, though alcohol doesn't necessarily harm you either), I don't see why there would be a significant black market.

Yeah, but at that point it would be such a small gap between full legalization that you might as well allow it for all purpose. I mean, that's essentially making its consumption as a drug the only legal aspect when there are so many other things you can do with the plant, which seems absurd. I'm sure growing weed isn't a herculean task. Anyone who wants weed will get it.

Medical pot distribution ruled unconstitutional in Canada
Read the full article: http://www.thestar.com/news/article/973886--pot-laws-ruled-unconstitutional Essentially, what's going on is doctors don't know when to prescribe medical marijuana and the vast majority are against it, since there's little research to back the program. People need to get marijuana on the black market instead, branding them as criminals. This, according to the judge, is unconstitutional. A new program has to be established within three months (part of which are dedicated to election campaigns), or else the drug becomes legal in essentially every way. I'm not sure if that would last but I've been told jurisprudence would play a part; maybe someone with more knowledge can tell us about that. What solutions can be found to this problem? Do you think the government has time to install a new system? If not, how would the legalization of pot, both as a drug and as a raw material for various types of production, affect Canada (and, if applicable, the rest of the world)? I, for one, don't see a solution, unless the appeal is accepted. I think no one, or at least not enough people, have the required knowledge to prescribe marijuana. If the government chooses another group to sign the forms, surely they'll be under-qualified, and will end up giving pot to anyone. Not only that, but this is much more than 2-3 months' work.

Don't make a school presentation out of yourself, she knows you're in her sports class probably. But other than that you've got the idea. She won't necessarily be happy if you're direct, but she'll certainly appreciate, i.e. she won't be unhappy

Her wool ties look sweet, but I'm not a fan of pastel ties in general (or summer clothes, really).

You see, I think your reply is entirely relevant to the problem here. I don't know which side you're on, or if you even are on one, or if I'm right or wrong here. But I remember GD always being full of snarky remarks. I don't mind; I don't even browse this board. Sorry for being OT, by the way. I'll just go to bed.

You know what would be cool? If you guys stuck around, made your points as reasonably as you've been doing as of late, and were okay with people playing the way they wanted to. Sure, the staff doesn't play Runescape much, but frankly I don't see what that changes here. And if you get flamed, just brush it off. Let the haters hate and watch the money pile up. That's what makes you happy, right, not approval from other posters? ^missed the whole point of the thread Have I? Why?

In the end, it all boils down to letting people play the game as they wish. If someone gave bad advice, give better advice, and then OP will decide what he does. Advice is only better if he decides it's better.

Tip.It Is Awesome!
The mods are doing their best to deal with this. If you really have something to say about how they should be working things out, don't insult them, they're probably going to disregard it; they know they're going to look like the bad guys anyway. Besides, deleting posts harshly criticizing them makes them look worse than not doing so, and they've probably noticed, so maybe they're actually doing it for moderation purposes rather than to heal their egos. Of course, you might disagree with their ways, but if they follow your advice, someone will probably disagree with it too. Unless your opinion is more important, then it seems normal to me that mods would do as they see fit. Remember that, just like in government, when you feel something is a complete non-issue and yet authorities seem to be stuck on it, you're probably not looking at the whole of the problem. Which, by the way, does not lie in the size of their penises.

Yellow works fine, you just need to have it in small amounts and with navy to break it up (especially beeswax, because it has a bit of orange in it). Works great on dark-skinned people also. As for having top colors for a season, that's just silly trend.

Your challenge, in my opinion, is to move slowly while remaining interesting. Just because you have a chance, doesn't mean you have to take it.

I encourage everyone ITT who needs new winter clothes to check out Land's End's sale, and the overstock section, especially if you're usually a tennis shirt and jeans guy. Also, it ends today, so hurry your ass http://putthison.com/post/4530398557/lands-end-is-having-a-pretty-nice-sale-right-now

Maybe you should get that [cabbage] together first... What's your life like at the moment? So I think we pretty much agree then. Yeah, it can work, but only to a certain extent, and any effort you make is going to be twice as effective if you've got other, arguably more important areas of your life figured out.

Not sure what size your feet are, but Ronnie Fieg just did this collab with Clark's: http://www.davidz.com/products2.cfm/ID/10084/attr1/6326/color/BLUEDARK/name/Clarks-Desert-Slate-Blue-Boot/ Act quick if you want them, there's only 300. The store seems to have plenty of these, which are darker: http://www.davidz.com/products2.cfm/ID/12218/attr1/6663/color/BLUEDARK/name/Clarks--Saddle-Leather-Desert-Boot--Navy/ Make sure to go down a half size, DBs always run big.

You get it! There's no set solution. No one here knows you two so we can't make a decision for you. That being said, from what I hear about you two, I think you should talk to her for a handful of minutes, or maybe just compliment her about her shoes in the hallways or something. Gradually talk to her more. You want to show her you're intelligent, but not pretentious. Attractive, but still approachable. As Standard said, you should take a look at everything we've said and see what makes the most sense to you.
