As stated above, it's much faster to go and slay monsters for charms than to play SW for very little charms.

Many of my friends that at one point tried to play RS got bored and quit after a day or two. All Jagex want to do is make F2P interesting and appealing to new players so that over time they may too pay for members, it's not helpful to have to watch a 10 second add everytime you log in.

Flesh Crawlers are usually best for training in F2P. Also, next time use the link above for questions. ;)

I would recommend Armoured Zombies as they are only 5-10k xp/hour less but you profit rather than lose money, I know you wanted the fastest method but you'll regret not doing them.
