  1. Just by reading this topic, I found out the most shocking thing: Most parents DO NOT want their 8-year old girl listening to Cannibal Corpse.
  2. My Chemical Romance - Teenagers Okay, I normally don't listen to emo bands/songs, but this one is pretty decent considering how this is one of the very few emo songs that doesn't rant about cutting wrists or that girl I passed at the mall that didn't look back :( :(
  3. Garbage - As Heaven Is Wide
  4. Dream Theater - As I Am
  5. Well, me and the boys are gonna have some fun gonna put on a show come on, lets go! There's gonna be some rockin' And we're glowing like the metal on the edge of a knife C'mon! Hold on tight! C'mon! Hold on tight! Though it's cold and lonely in the deep dark night I can see paradise by the dashboard light
  6. Best: 1. Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian 2. Dark Knight 3. WALL-E 4. Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull 5. Be Kind Rewind Worst: 1. Disaster Movie 2. Soul Men 3. Milk 4. Death Race (simply because they ruined a movie that wasn't meant to be taken seriously) 5. Eagle Eye
  7. Oh damn... :wall: Black Sabbath - Hand of Doom
  8. Great-[wagon] song is right Radiohead - Airbag
  9. I understand that, but what is the point of posting in a topic about Christian metal when you can't recommend any? In a way, this is kind of like bringing beer to an Alcoholic Anonymous meeting. While I will agree with you on that, some people want to listen to things that are based on the religion/theology they believe in. It sounds weird, but thats how some people are.
  10. I can't see why its so hard recommending the OP Christian Metal. Its probably the easiest thing to do and a bunch of people are having a hard time doing so.
  11. The Zombies - Time of the Season the next person who mentions anything hard rock/metal will not win a cookie
  12. Marbles Beyblades old-school Bionicles (when they first came out) Cowboys Dragon Tales (yeah, I know)
  13. And if they've done drugs before then there's a good portion of the songs from the 60s they can relate to as well.
  14. w00t!!! \m/ DURSTY!!! \m/ Preacher Man is a br00tal song with solos and death growls :D The Beatles - Here Comes the Sun
  15. I actually listened to classical music, The Beatles, Earth Wind & Fire, etc when I was a kid. Since during most of my childhood I didn't have cable, I couldn't get that exposed to boybands. Only time I heard a Backstreet Boys song was from a Burger King promo. If you ordered the kids meal, you would get a cd and a toy, all related to Backstreet Boys of course. (I believe I have the now chewed up toy somewhere). I never listened to hard rock/metal/alternative rock till a couple years ago.
  16. The Dark Knight (4.5)
  17. Prince - Darling Nikki

I saw DT cover Dark Side of the Moon on Youtube and I thought they were very accurate with the original Pink Floyd version. If I ever see it available on FYI, you pretty much know what I'm going to do. Anyway, I'm not sure how people here feel about Godsmack, but their cover of Good Times Bad Times is pretty solid.
  19. I see what you mean. Sort of like Judas Priest's Nostradamus. It sounds different, but its still great. Judas Priest - War
  20. I have to say I did a double take when I saw you posting this. Far be it from me to deride your taste in music, but I think they're terrible. I was about to post commending him for it  I absolutely love them, never thought I'd see someone ordering both Paramore and Decapitated though rofl. Well, everybody has surprises. For instance, I ordered both Prince's Purple Rain and Napalm Death's Harmony Corruption.
  21. thats too bad that Burn in Silence split up. I recommend to you Fear Factory
  22. Pantera - Use My Third Arm
  23. As I Lay Dying - An Ocean Between Us (album)
