+1 =D> Anyway, I admit the duel arena update was the worst in a long time. But they aren't trying to be like WoW. They are trying to prevent RWT's from doing their business. Unlike WoW, which seems to let these bots run free (I'm not sure if they are taken care of or not). Some people here seem to think that if you see an auction house, they sound like "0mfg!!! WoW-copyer!!!" and thats not always the case. One big thing people could complain about WoW and RS is that it uses a sword, but that hasn't happened of course...

Ehe, you should see those kids on the rants forum. Techically, the l33t kids don't get what they want because it usually gets locked on rants forum. Before I continue with my thoughts, let me just say this: Seeing someone believe every kid is stupid and l33t = priceless Back on topic now: I disagree that the old Runescape is better than the new one. The reason why is because most of their updates were really golden (Pest Control before it got screwed, Security Stronghold, Barrows, Mage Training Arena, etc) and were never in the old RS. Even though some of the stuff has been changed, you still got some old RS (you still have the rune scimmy, runecrafting, fletching, etc.) in it. note: I expect some "0mfg!! Jagex Peppet" comments appearing soon..

I like this update a lot. I mostly sell rather than buy stuff and for my pure, I managed to sell 1k cowhides and studded chaps (g) in a blink. The ironic thing about some stuff I sold there was that it took longer buying them than selling them at ge. The best thing I like about ge is if you are buying/selling something on ge, you can set it up and if you log, you won't have to stand somewhere typing the same words over and over again, hoping that you won't use an auto-typer. The problems with GE is the prices change many times. But hey, its a better economy at least (except for mages, yew longs, etc. Hopefully, it will drop after people don't go wild over them)

Quit trying to scare us. Apart from a picture, there's no solid evidence that there is truly a trojan in the ads. And even the picture doesn't reference that the trojan was from an ad. If I see people apart from you admitting that this problem has occured again, then I'll believe. Who knows if you've been looking up porn and encountered a trojan.

Seriously folks, I feel like there should be a "Jagex Conspiracies" forum. Anyway, there's no way Jagex is trying to destroy rares because if they really did try to get rid of rares, it accomplishes nothing and it only annoys people. It'd annoy more people if they were untradable.

There is a problem with the 3k cap rule. Sure, we all want bots and cheaters gone. However, I wouldn't do it with a 3k cap rule and have a duel tournament that mostly has high lvls winning and killing stakers. Thats pretty much the update I hate the most so far. A lot worse than the new PC.

Its sort of like going to Taverly at times. Unfortunately, they have to be polite when a guy with a crown speaks. That just makes me annoyed because if I didn't have that crown, most of them would be "I own this". Now, players can't possibly own any spots since it doesn't have their name on it. I wouldn't mind if the staking level was about 2mil, but 3k is really low. But it looks like Jagex wants "B357 5TAk3r" and "0 0 0 0 0 00 0 0 " to try out the tournament. On the other hand, it prevents most item scams. Like many people here, I blame the scammers for this.

Really bugs me that people can be such bums when it comes to stealing, lying, cheating, and who knows what else. However, not all pkers are getting dirtier. You seemed to have labeled pkers as getting dirtier. Obviously a mistake or a typo.

People aren't playing this because of the graphics (for JAVA, its well-done). If you are expecting RS to have Crysis-style graphics, then this is not for you. So, have laws that say you gotta have good spelling or you are banned? Sounds like a Mini-Commuism attempt :P
