Why is off-topic now filled with threads that are idiotic, annoying, useless, or even all 3 at once? It's getting old. What annoys me the most is when 1 person posts 5 topics that are all extremely dumb. Not going to point fingers or name names or anything, but come on now 1 a day is even pushing it. I know people are going to say, "no one's begging you stay". That's right, I don't have to, but I want to, I liked browsing off topic, and posting when I felt the need when there was topics with actual discussion. Flame me if you want to, because I know, you're just that awesome as to talk about someone from an online RuneScape gaming forum, I'm not gonna post on this thread anymore good or bad responses are both accepted, who knows? Maybe you like the dumb idiotic posts?!? Post your feedback on the old off topic vs todays off topic. There are still alot of cool, fun to read, and easy to discuss topics, but there dieing down and being taken over by horrible dumb topics. Sorry if this doesn't "warrant a thread" but if threads about getting your tongue bitten off, and the shamwow guy getting arrested, I'd say this does. I'm sure it'll get locked within a few hours but oh well. Joe.

As to answer your original question as to what to use, I'd go with a Rune Defender and Dragon Scimmy, you can get alot of black kinves and the Cyclopes are also really good experience and no one ever goes there, I got from 70/70/73 to 80/85/80 there and made tons of money from the drops too.

I also just realized your range level is 57, buy range potions (4) and go down there, you'll get nature runes galore, as well as thousands upon thousands of range experience.

I'm not to sure about the slayer things, but I do know enough to tell you not to smith cannon balls, when I played a while ago now, maybe upwords of two years I knew ways to make money that in the time it took me to smith 1k cannonballs (200,000 GP when I played) I could make about 1-2M.

I'd get the sara sword, but also do alot of member quests, if you haven't already then can unlock many great training places you wouldn't be able to get into without doing them. Definitely do waterfall and monkey madness.

When I played and I needed them and didn't want to spend money, I'd get some iron knives and head over to the fire giants in the waterfall.

Oh yeah, and some kid was peeing in the woods at the soccer field and there was a little kids soccer game, he got a fine for public exposure and is now booked as a sex offender as well, forgot about Billy :

Those were the best times of my life, without question, I was born in '92. Just the fact that everyone liked everyone, there was no such thing as a rumor, scooby doo at 4PM every day, are you afraid of the dark and Hey Arnold took up my free time. The times where we had not a care in the world and could just live our lives perfectly. I'd give close to anything to go back to those times.

To who ever the dude that said that he was addicted, it's not an addictive drug, you don't have withdraws to not smoking bud. Then again, I suppose you could be "addicted" in science terms to anything, running, chocolate, water, etc.

EDIT: I paid 119, but I'm sure you can get them for cheaper, and included in that 119 is shoe cleaner/protector so white shoes wont get dirty as easily.. I'm not sure how much that was..
