  1. Experience from miscellania is minimal. If you plan to use teaks, either train at ape atoll or pay 100 trading sticks at the village.
  2. There is a similar inexplicable floor for blood runes. It's about time that Jagex starts making items sell on the ge for fractions of a gp (rounded of course for the final transaction).
  3. So are we rating the 99 untrimmed defence or the fact that you can spend 5 minutes at the ge? 9/10 for defence 2/10 for spending a few hundred k at the ge.
  4. So that's the guy who took all his stuff. Classy.
  5. ^ No, it does not. It only works when they are not praying melee.
  6. And I thought the point of powermining was not to bank...
  7. 1/10. Just kidding, 7/10. You should get your runecraft higher
  8. If the level requirement does indeed follow the pattern and ends up at 90, the altar will be virtually useless. 2 nature runes is worth more than 1 soul rune, and that's only one more level. If it's xp you are after, ZMI is better. The only useful way to do this would be to create the altar and a crafting method with a speed that allows profits or xp to rival graahk runecrafting or ZMI.
  9. Use Karils and Z Spear. SirHemen doesn't have stats like yours so he can't judge well, but I have done waterfiends with Z spears, Sara swords, and Godswords all with mid-80 combat stats, and the Z spear has stood out as the best. Just make sure you have those super sets or you will be missing a lot more.
  10. It depends on the level, but it is between 35-40k xp per axe.
  11. Snakeskin boots. Dragon boots have no range or mage defence bonus, which is what you want, so they are pretty much useless.
  12. there could be a couple hundred. most of which are sitting in banks. Off topic: did you hear about the statistic on 3a and halloween masks? apparently masks are rarer than 3a. There is no possible way of knowing that unless it was released by a Jagex moderator, which is highly unlikely.
  13. Obsidian. I can't tell if that was serious.
  14. Alright compfreak, point taken. And I must apologize for being a jerk. I was not having a good day yesterday and I shouldn't have taken it out on you. "Smartypants" is a pretty arrogant point to say myself, because I love to be right every time too.
  15. Wow. Look. My point is that nobody was buying armadyl and sara hilts for mid when they were over 100m, so the ones that were coinshared were never sold on the GE. This is shown by prices that fell. Obviously, they sell NOW on the GE because prices are stable. Maybe I am not showing my point of the argument well enough. So, inflation OCCURED, but it is slowly being fixed by the 5% that comes out of every armadyl hilt now. Hold on, are you saying that mid-range value is not the middle price on the GE? How is this calculated then? And regardless of whether you are right and wrong, your arrogance on these boards has risen greatly over the past few months, just like pretty much every high level person I have been noticing. Someone I used to get along with now goes around thinking they can trump everyone with comments like "/thread."
  16. Go with the axe. The price is pretty stable, and after you are done, you can resell for virtually no loss.
  17. That darn Jagges. Have you been living under a rock for the past year and 3 months? Runecrafting is still 950k an hour, and that was "pure skill" last time I checked.
  18. You are the one missing the point, smarty pants. The coin share stock was NEVER used up for 100m+ armadyl and saradomin hilts, resulting in BILLIONS flooding into the economy. Yes, over time, it will even out, which is why I'm not running around tearing my hair out.
  19. Lol... coins appear on floor for a coinshare drop. What coins are being taken out? 100 of millions in gp just appear out of nowhere for hilt drops. Nobody had to buy them. [/stupid posting by an idiot who thinks he knows everything] Yes, coinshare ruined the RS economy and devalued any buyable skill. I love you golvellius. I view it exactly the same way and agree on the "/whatever" comments
  20. Awww... you always seemed to be around back when I was most active with TIF. It's very sad to see you go, and oh no... I just got all that nostalgia from world 99 edgeville. I would take one member like you any day over 100 of the new arrogant kids we have around here.
  21. About 59 hours of Stealing Creation if you get 20 points per game, which is one tool per game, though you'll probably get more points than that every game. That's 20 minutes per game plus 2 minutes in between games. Good luck on 99 Smithing! Or you could join fastsc clanchat and do 12-minute games with 2 minutes in between and average 90 points, or 4.5 tools an hour. And... ouch. Why does he do all that stupid video editing? It hurts my eyes.
  22. It may be difficult at first, but try rcing in low-detail. It is like 5 seconds faster per trip just due to load times (which you get a lot of while runecrafting)
  23. I wonder if there are still armadyl hilts sitting on the GE from back when they were over 100m and dropping quickly. If so, that is a cause for inflation, but it will even itself out, as deviledegg said, that little 5% begins to add up. So, while it may have caused brief inflation, it will even out and even serve as a money drain when the system is perfected.
  24. Really? I am staring in disbelief. You are a member of tip.it staff (or close enough)
