  1. So what is stopping players from joining a game with 3 minutes till the end, finishing the game for the points, hoping worlds to another game with 3 minutes till it ends, finishing the game for points, hoping worlds....etc? That could potentially add up to insane xp rates.
  2. If anyone would like to, I have posted an admendium to the game that I think would give the minigame more interest. Quick Find: 15-16-209-58370257
  3. Lol no.. It seemed similar to me. Or at least was the first thing I thought of when I got a description of the game. Sure it isn't entirely the same but similar. I am sure that Alterac Valley is much better though. Runescape combat is the lose.
  4. Alterac Valley anyone?
  5. You get combat experience while fighting and you can spend your points on combat xp. Well that sums that up. I was curious about the exp as SC combat exp was gimped. Thought this might have been a way for 'Level 3's to get summoning or slayer exp. Although if it does not have a damage requirement like PC I guess it is still possible, albiet REALLY slow.
  6. Does the minigame reward experience for comabt while in the game?
  7. Seer's Reward Buff Hells Yeah!
  8. 3 for winning, 2 for a tie both teams, and 1 for losing. So a minimum of 1 per game.
  9. So it really is PC for summoning without the nifty Void Knight Armor... ???
  10. edit: beat me to it.
  11. Seer's rewards seem to still be the same: Taken from the KB Am I missing something?
  12. My first attempt was fletching due to a race a friend of mine initiated. I had been playing for 5 years and he had only been playing a year. In order to show that he was better than me, he decided to race me to 99 in a stat that he had double the experience in. After 2 weeks of grueling time spent fletching magic bows, he bought his cape and an hour later, I bought mine. I lost but it was closer than I ever expected it to be. My second, out of convenience, was cooking as my kingdom rewarded me with tons of 'free' fish My third will be crafting which I will have in about a month :D
  13. I do not believe that anything like that was said or even hinted at 3hitU. They are simply going to start developing that as well as P2P as the f2p version is what prompts players to pay. I like you but sometimes you are way too dramatic, friend.
  14. That is perfect. Thanks. I really appreciate it.
  15. If someone would not mind, I could really use a picture of Count Draynor's Tomb. I am at work or I would take it myself. I would really appreciate it. I need it to be of the room making sure to have the room oriented on the minimap to north. I guess just a screenshot of the minimap would work as long as it was straight. Thanks again guys.
  16. Also Tormented Demon slaying = good discussion in my opinion. Topics are after all, ways to share ideas and methods. Thus this belongs in general discussion.
  17. Alot of melee players do not care about killing faster, they want to afk as much as possible. Maybe that is why they chose to hally them.
  18. I have not fought them since they were first released and much easier to kill. A silverlight/darklight is imperative as it drops the shield and using the dhally keeps you out of melee range allowing for easier prayer switching. Sure it drops your attack as the whip>dhally but you have the chance to take less damage. Only place that falls apart is the need of hitting with the silver/darklight to drop the shield again. When I went I got a dragon chunk but by that time it was only worth around 4m. Not too shabby so I quit while I was ahead :P
  19. That was me and from the 26k seaweed/sand (or 2k casts) I now have 32k glass :D Not too shabby :P I do lose some cash though. Costs about 2 gp/1 exp.
  20. What exactly were the gems that were released during the 2 updates a month? A very messed up stealing creation? PVP worlds that released the same month as the change from normal updates meaning they were developed with the old style? Achievement diaries that sucked? Christmas event that would have happened anyway? French? Hairstyles? I will give them While Guthix Sleeps but 1) that "has had more time in development than Recipe for Disaster" and 2) I guess they have their "occasional gem" with fewer updates.
  21. Personally I do not care about slayer one way or another. Just like every other skill, the only thing required for slayer is time. Just because it has slow xp rates, does not mean that it deserves more respect. Or are we saying the diligence deserves respect? If that is the case why not fletch to 99 with willows, or smtih with bronze knives, or hunt tropical wagtails? Time spent, to me, does not deserve any respect simply because it is time spent. If slayer actualy took skill to level, then sure it would be worthy of respect but again just because you leveled a skill that took 27 years, you do not deserve any more respect than a player that leveled crafting by spinning bowstrings. Do not get me wrong I go through periods where I enjoy slayer. If I am training combat I ONLY do it through slayer as you would be a fool not to level 3+ skills at the same time (slayer, hitpoints, combat of choice). I just really fail to see the allure that 99 slayer has. A friend of mine recently out slayed someone who turned in the While Guthix Sleeps reward for the competition. Now that deserves respect out of the sheer impressiveness and drive that went into it. His 95+ slayer does not. So to me I do not care either way on the slayer minigame though it is quite obvious that it will not be better than normal slaying.
  22. I agree with Bauke. Yanille is closer not having to climb through those freaking holes.
  23. Yeah that is with buying everything on the GE minus air runes as you should be using an air staff. Though as the poster above said bowstrings makes more money my method averages (1 hour casting/1 hour blowing glass) to about 60k/hour while spinning bowstrings nets you about 11k/hour. In my opinion, being able to make 100k/h easily, spinning bowstrings is not worth your time. It is great for lower levels but 100k at moderate levels is not difficult. And one last thing, make sure to buy as many battlestaves FROM ZAFF as you can everyday. Buying them from Zaff, buying the air orbs and nature runes from the GE, crafting, and alching them grants you decent crafting and magic experience for about 10 minutes/day worth of work. +profit Super glass make 2 Astrals 6 Fires 10 Airs (alt:smoke?) 78 mage experience per cast 10 crafting per sand/seaweed used. 24. It is more of a challenge and people enjoy challenges
