Full Ceremonial Set effect looks quiet amusing - especially if you're standing behind me :)

I don't have a 'Team' so Nex is out of the question at the moment, so I did the next best thing & killed Ancient Mages for a while yesterday. 764 Kills in total & here's my drops As you can see, No Legs were dropped, so I had to resort to the dreaded W2 GE Trade Lag & managed to swap the spare top for a set of legs - Here's the full set:- The 'emote' needs to be activated via the top & it looks like you are blowing blue smoke out of your arse :) My trip usually lasted between 220 & 250 kills (depending on KC collectors who stole the 3rd mage). I wonder what will happen to the prices once free trade comes back - I was offered 24m for the mask yesterday.

Have you also seen Jagex's sense of humour with the coin drops = 1337 coins dropped :)

Nice I'm similar mage kc to you now & only have 1 pair of gloves to show for it :( I wear the following gear, which gives me full protection from everything but the mages. Helm of neitz Fury Arma Chestplate Bandos Skirt Dragon boots Ancient vambs DFS Berserker ring Nomads cape Sara Arrow CLS or Whip. The 3 mage rotation works well on worlds of 1200+ populations Anyway, back to killing :)

One classy Elite Clue reward - needless to say it's my worst yet (by far!!)

With the announcement of the new GWD area & 'suggested' teamwork being required to kill I thought I'd do something about my noob Prayer level (has been at 89 for ages). In my bank I had 7.5k Dragon Bones from slaying various dragons over the last 12 months. I weighed up the 'efficiency' benefits of using these & decided to buy another 5k of Frost Dragon bones to speed things up a bit. Anyway, I spent most of yesterday morning tele'ing between Edgeville & my POH, accompanied by my trusty Yak filled with bones. This is the result. For anyone undecided about getting Turmoil, having now used it, I can say for certain it is worth the time, effort & cost. Now to get back my 80m cash :)

Looks like Jagex was giving out early Christmas presents. My 1st elite Clue for ages (from monster drop - had the Ava's Alerter one). Sorry for the lack of screenie - I copied to Paint & nothing happened :( Anyway, pretty decent to see 2 Kits, particularly when one of them is the Fury Kit - the other is Dragon Sq ornate. Now going back to kill the last 20 Iron Dragons - hopefully get another clue:)

Nice find. I'm going to go hunting for mine now. I was thinking earlier I haven't had Elite clue for weeks - this is probably why, mines being kept in a locked box somewhere!!!

I use same as above except I swap Fire cape for Nomads. I also use Pak Yak filled with sharks & invent made up of 1 x 4 dose Extreme Super sets & 8 x 4 dose Extreme Pray Pots. Cannon & Balls - rest of invent is filled with sharks. Pray Piety all the way & you should easily tank them. This is sufficient to get me through a task of 70+ without needing to rebank - the bones are banked via scrolls. You will have enough inventory space to pick items up when you place cannon.

This is 1 awesome achievement. Firstly the XP, secondly the tasks & finally the drop tabs. Puts my 'achievement' into context, I thought i was doing ok at 26m XP & 1325 tasks in a row!!!! 100m next?

This is a really good idea. :thumbup: I'm still picking up every charm & as such my 'collection' continues to grow - maybe this way my 30K+ golds will actually have a use. I do feel that the next 'skills' to have the level cap increased will be summoning & maybe slayer & therefore the charms will become useable again.

Not the best in terms of value, but Rune Skirt (G), Rune Legs (G) & Sara legs in same clue. What made it even better was I was doing 2 clues at the same time. 2nd clue was rubbish by the way

Having not had an Elite clue for 3 weeks, the wait was worth it!!! Poor Old TS Dragon didn't believe me :)

Thanks for the reply. It would be good if Elites could drop in LS or CS. In my opinion the drop rate of these is far to low at the moment - I don't wan't them to be as easy to get as the Lvl3's just a bit faster drop rate, I haven't had an Elite for 3 weeks now & I only Slay monsters that drop them!!.

Is this the definitive answer? I've been thinking of doing some LS Bandos to try for some Elite Clues.

W77 Daemonheim is now better than W117 for assists - easier to see what you are actually doing!!

Assist clan is not working this weekend as all the admins are having a break - The cc needs an admin to function. Should be back on monday (i think).

Assist Clan is the best - this weekend the admins are having a few days off so the cc will not be active, starts again on monday.

I'm assuming he means 0-99, which would make the number of tasks needed a lot more than 600, as you cannot use Kuradal until 75 Slayer & would have to use the lower masters at the beginning which would therefore generate less xp per task. I'd hazzard a very rough guess at about 1200 - 1500 tasks from start to finish - but as previously stated that would really depend on what tasks you were assigned.

Pretty much this. So you will have to pay attention. I did range though because I wanted range xp, entirely your choice however. Also meant to say - Don't forget your anti-poison pots. I would also recommend turning ground effects off as you will miss the Hexcrest drop in the long grass :) By the way, these also drop Elite clues. Happy slaying

They are really weak - just use you best melee gear & you'll whizz through them. Watch out for them digging though.
