I don't think you fully appreciate the purpose of that kind of rant generator. ;p
  2. Please bear in mind this board is still G Rated. GTA for real Pachelbel's Canon in D, on Guitar Kid gets scared by dad Brazilian political propaganda
  3. The different federations have completely different avaliation methods, curriculums and tuls, that's why I was asking. They are basically different martial arts. Maybe on WTF two years is the average time, I don't know. That's why I was asking. On ITF, people usually take from 4 to 7 years to get black belts. Yeah, that's what I mean. People who get their belts way too fast usually don't learn everything they could've learned.
  4. Meh.. I can tell why you got your TKD black belt in less than two years. :|
  5. WTF or ITF? Also, there can be only one 9th degree in the world, right?
  6. Congrats Jak! You're a pirate and now the pirate is free :D
  7. I know 23 people who smoke weed. Most of which have been doing it for almost 5 or more years, none of those 23 have tried anything harder. I also know 4 people (we'll refer to them as A B C and D) who have been in rehab for addiction to heroin / meth / etc. Only D smoked weed, and that was AFTER rehab for heroin addiction. A, B and C were introduced to "hard drugs" at raves, where they purchased Ecstay. And D was a victim of peer pressure from the other 3. Ironically, the 23 who only smoke weed hardly go clubbing. And there's enough proof out there to show that the use of hard drugs during dance parties, raves, etc is rather disturbing. People have DIED at those events when using those drugs for the FIRST TIME. So in my opinion, soft drugs are no more a gateway than the people the users hang out with and the enviroments they visit frequently. Thus, weed should obviously be legalized. There's much more room for discussion on the legalization of the other drugs, but I can't see any reason to keep cannabis illegal.
  8. You forgot to mwuhahaha
  9. Hapkido is a little faster than some other martial arts, myself, I know 2 16s who already are black belts on it. I don't think somebody is mentally prepaired for the black belt after 2 years of training, though.
  10. Black belt in which martial art?
  11. Hmmm Skittles seems like a wise investment to me! Yum! And that guitar is sexy. Though, I would consider spending that money on a present for my life partner. :o Skittles would hurt my mouth after awhile... If I had that much money I could possibly set aside half for university and the other half for computer stuff. (Fire Fox 2.0 has a spell checker guys, woot! Firefox*
  12. In Brazil, MTV still plays music. They even play some not-that-much-of-a-pop-hit songs from time to time.
  13. Weird Sony...
  14. Any links to it?
  15. I'm enjoying this series a lot, one of the first I get to really watch in a while. Spoiler provided by the official site: On the next episode Gray is coming back to town to tell everyone what he has seen on the outer world! :ohnoes:
  16. That's not what I mean, my reply wasn't really well worded. A 12 years old could get traumatized just as a 40 years old. However, the odds are the 12 years old boy will take a bigger shock. The 16-18 difference is just plain stupid, IMO. It's as potentially harmful, or harmless for a teenager as it is for a 2 years older teenager, but a number would have to be set, and this number is 18. I'm not 18, have watched and am not traumatized. I've pointed that out because other movies tagged as 18+ aren't as shocking as this one, and could be easily watched by a kid. This one really would drive the kid shocked. By kid I mean an actual kid, not a teenager. So yes, numeric restrictions are stupid. However, this is the kind of restriction currently used and I can understand why this movie is tagged as 18+ here.
  17. Double post :(
  18. Irr̮̩̉̉versible. This is the first movie I watch I agree with the age restrictions. Could traumatize people.
  19. Welcome to the Matrix.
  20. Mot̮̦̉̉rhead - 4 different versions of Louie Louie :XD:

Their approach on everything, I should add. Scandinavians are supermen.
  23. You see, I don't think the UN is a currupt organization. "Some countries indeed are [corrupt], but the majority of them has a worthy opinion. "
  24. That sounded harsh, but I'll take it as "A materially rich family may be a poor family in other ways.
  25. I'm talking specifically about the superiors the US is suppose to answer to. The UN. The UN is composed by all the countries. I'm talking abuot the UN on the above post.
