Certain skill capes can :o nah in my opinion they look crappy because of those flaps on top of them if those wouldn't have been on them they would look neat but now they look ruined.

Nah it's still the coolest cape around the block. Not even one cape can come close to it.

92 str (i just love str :) ) 90 atk (i like it to hit high much) 88 hp (comes with the str and atk) 85 cooking (idk just trained it with fishing) 85 mining (i mining its my favourite non-melee skill but as i like melee so much i don't get to train it much :( )

Maybe from the cash u earn with alching get some ranged lvls via the cannon? :P or get some atk xp via quests and hitting dummys :twisted:
