As someone who had 4 semesters in an anxiety group at school. I think that the cognitive restructurring was very helpful. Look for clues if you think people are really thinking negatively about what you say or your actions. Conformation bias is what to look for.

Actually it was yesterday but i got my conan comics in the mail I dont really read a lot of comics, but i like this one. Also getting so VGs in the mail today.

Yeah, it's [bleep]ing retarded. What it is is people venting their anger onto others who can't retaliate: e.g. a cashier guy that wants to keep his job. Really pathetic. The word retarded isn't even an official word and insults actual retarded people, but i still agree with the concept of it.
