Does clearing all monsters give the player who killed most of the monsters more xp at the end, or is it better just leaving them like when people rush dungeons?

I would say Dharoks first if you never had it before. Then save up for bandos and sell Dharoks when you're ready. A bonus for barrows armor is set effects, which Dharok's is pretty good.
