ice bursting at the official cw worlds is fast xp. I get an average of 120xp per cast there, and you can get up hp that way.

i used iron knifes on ogres from 65-70 range with about 10k knifes. You get 30k+ per hour that way.

i agree that crystal is the best. Between the msb and db, i think msb is better for training and db for pking, so db sinice there's cb.

its not used that often, but its still used in cooks assistant, so its more useful than things like vampire dust.

Black demons are okay tasks for me. I usually bring proselyte, pray, and melee them. I usually get a rune kite from them, but i spend more than i make on the black demon task.
