I think it's because of the possiblities, to be 'beat the game' is really hard. Most games there is a final boss and stuff but in runescape with skills they keep going to 200mil xp. So that's alot of time, there is also the discontinued items that everyone wants and you can never have enough. The people in runescape and forums are great people from all around the world so it's great to meet new pplz. There are tons of factors why people become addicted and can't quit. Anyway, that's my view

It would help to show your non combat skills, then I might be able to suggest something...

Rc nats, buy p ess 90 each or lower, rc them in the abyss, sell them about 310 each and you should have about 1.6mil, hope it helps! :P

Yeah, they're pretty slow at the beggining but if u get a drag axe! But since u want money...I would stick to willows until lvl 70 or so, then go to yews, just to speed up the process a bit.
