Yeah if you want to learn, read. Don't try and give advice because even if you think you might be helping chances are your suggestions may be downright harmful to the users computer.

First, do what Errdoth said. Now a question, I'm fairly sure your computer has the 6 different audio ports, correct? Make sure you are plugging it into the correct one, which would generally be the green colored one. If not try and see if it works with any of the other ports, in case it got screwed up. (happened to me with a creative sound card before. The mic wouldn't work in the designated mic slot but another instead). wtf?

I remember that quest. It was sooooooo slow as a Holy Pally. Had to LoH and bubble and everything. :( Holy Pallys are great for soloing elites, you just grind away their health slowly while healing. xD I kited her from the scarlet place all the way to venom[bleep]e lol.

Yeah I'm not sure if you can really do both tanking and dps spec at once. That being said I think if you were geared you could tank 5 mans fine as DPS spec, not like they're hard. just soloed Do Unto others too, back as arcane for now.

I would brighten up the main focus point (the guy) a bit and maybe even experiment with a bit of sharpening. The text's outline is really cheesy, I would go with a regular font or something basic in white. For your first it's a hell of a lot better than other first's here, so good luck in the future.

Just revisiting the DPS topic a little bit, but I feel like proving a point. My DPS as frostfire on a single target, fairly tank and spank boss in normal VH @ lvl 75. Just trying to say that 1500dps is kind of low for a level 80. Oh and I respeced frostfire if you didn't notice :P. Bored and giving it a try. I like 5k frostfire crits.

Graphic Communications Management major. Pretty much Graphic Design with a small business minor kind of rolled into it. I've been getting 2Mb/s to 3Mb/s download speeds on filefront now that I'm back on campus :P. my school.

I've heard otherwise. Way too many traps that are essentially blind spots forcing you to memorize the game. Maybe it was ok, but certainly not up to the level of the older games. Not by a longshot. Sonic CD, Sonic 2 and Sonic Adventure are probably my 3 favorites.

And now I soloed the 5 man quest Sarathstra, Scourge of the North. Had a paladin come in and try to help until I shouted at her to stop. Fight took a good 8-10 minutes though kiting around. :lol: Mostly because I kept going OOM.

If you want a remake of SF2 go buy the HD version on xbox live.

You just run them both together, pretty much. Need an SLI enabled motherboard though and the same card. Usually SLI seems to net a 30% performance gain over a single card, so no two 8800GT's would not be better than a single GTX280.

It looks great. What interests me is that there is a "trial" mode, which walks you through learning the various combos in game and then moves you up to the harder ideas. I was never a big Street Fighter person so I never got crazy good at it. This would be nice to get up to speed with some people though.

I mean, you can run by a cheap computer if your dad wants to build it, but really at the lower price range there isn't as large of a difference in price to performance between prebuilts and building it yourself. If you can find a good deal on a (decent) prebuilt machine you should be fine. an 8600GT or 8800GT would be the most you would need out of a video card for something like this. If you want to save a bit, sure, but it's not really needed. If you're looking at the lower end spectrum for prices (like a $400-$600 PC) than you may as well just get a prebuilt and save the hassle. Yeah I don't want another repeat of that thread. I find that too many users here in T&C try and force on this idea of building your own computer to those who aren't comfortable with doing it.
