If you're a tech noob, PLEASE do not build your own PC. I don't want a repeat of an, ahem, other thread here. What are you using this PC for? Light gaming, family PC, or what? If you are gaming on it what games are you playing on it? I would suggest that a prebuilt should be fine though. Is SGD1500 around USD1000?

Yeah. I find it odd that the intel heatsink didn't come with any pre-applied though.

From what little I've seen, yes. Two reasons. One, you don't have to pay real life money to be in it. Two, they don't treat it like a f***ing religion. Yeah, Something awful is odd. You have the people who make fun of the neckbeards and no lifes and then you have like an entire section filled with some of the [bleep]ing weirdest people you'll ever see on the internet. At least on 4chan you're anonymous for the most part, on something awful it's another story entirely.

Pretty good work, although I'm not sure if I am a huge fan of such a high "noise" to all of them. It works well with the enviroment, for example: But the characters really lack. In the example I posted I would find it a lot better without the character at all to be honest. The other, non pixel style, is decent as well for the environment but again when it comes to the characters you need to work on it. I.E Great background and some of the foreground is wonderful (the cliff, for example) but the character is poor.

Looks good. I'm in agreement about putting more detail into the texture though. The wheels especially could use a good texture on them. A few skateboard wheel pictures to get the idea. Even an old game such as the first Tony Hawk just kind of faked the wheels with textures. Other than that it looks good. :thumbup:

Yikes. If the core is your CPU you should really get thermal paste on there. It's like $5. Also make sure your CPU heatsink is working properly, like if it's spinning and everything. You should be full load around 45C-50C maximum.

Oh wow, I feel stupid. Wasn't aware that Bath and Leaving Your Body Map made a concept album. I still have yt to hear Leaving Your Body Map, actually >_<. I don't think that Dark Side of the Moon is a concept album, though. I'm arcane now and I have to say I'm really enjoying it so far. I couldn't pick up Arcane absorption quite yet (too many good talents, argh!) but I should get it soon. Of course I'm trying to figure out what talents to take for my mix of PvE and PvP so I can still put 11 points in fire for my pyroblast... But yeah too many good talents in the tree. :wall: edit: well it won't be a problem in 3.0.2, lol

yeah the MSI is perfectly fine AND it supports up to 1066mhz (overclocked) DDR2 ram.
