Rip the dvd onto your PC so you can convert it into the correct format (unsure what the iPod uses). 1. There are several. Rip the dvd, you could use torrents, you could use special software to get videos from youtube and such. (just look around). 2. Are you sure about this? a 3min song or so is probably around ~4mb in size depending on the quality, so 33 songs should only take up 132mb or so -- not all that space. You must be doing something wrong, or have something else on it. 3. The battery icon is odd on iPod's, at least it was on my old one. It works fine just don't really trust what it says. Unsure on the new ones though. 4. Go for it, except most of these problems seem like your problem and not the iPod.

You're better off getting a bear/boar/cat than a dragonhawk. Dragonhawks do pretty crappy damage because their spellcasts get interupted.

Man I'm kind of amazed some people actually said Larry the cable guy, he is one of the most annoying stand up acts I've ever heard. Now, Bill Engvall and Ron white that have been on there are pretty funny (I like their stand alone standup acts) but Jeff foxworthy and Larry are cringeworthy.

I think people started calling them Heavy Metal as many heavy metal bands were influenced by them, to me they'll always be blues. TRY TO REBOOT IN SAFE MODE AND RUN A VIRUS SCAN. ONLY RE FORMAT AS A LAST POSSIBLE OPTION. It has been said a hundred times and you still are sticking to the idea that you need to reformat. But meh, if you don't listen this time w/e, I give up.
