I used to like Nightwish when I first started listening to metal (when I was like 14). Than I grew up. That being said I'm trying to actually think of a symphonic metal band I enjoy these days. It's hard to get a good clarification between power metal and symphonic metal. Rhapsody was always pretty decent I thought.

Cool. Been kind of itching to try some digi painting. That being said I am trying to figure where to start lol. I used to draw back in the day a lot but it was usually just drawing from a reference or something.

Cool. I wanted to watch the original but I shyed away due to the animation. I know it's petty (and Gallad will hate me for it) but I can't stand the early animation of the 80's or so for Anime. Just way too static.

Heh. You know what would be a good idea? Make a thread that posts a daily challenge just to get people in the habit of using them. Have them post what they did no matter how much it might suck. I know that personally I never can think of what to try and do. If we have enough people that actually own tablets and want to learn them it might be pretty damn useful. Could have someone who is actually pretty good organize the entire thing for us scrubs to draw :).

:thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup: Only criticism is the lines seem a bit thick on a few of them (as Shiny pointed out). The big one I noticed it was the pufferfish. Great stuff though, the turtle and the shark are probably the best 2.

CIV 5 IS ADDICTING AS HELL. I feel kind of bad for pirating, I might buy it down the line if I end up playing it a ton... (well maybe :S)

So Jesus [bleep] I played Civ 5 today in multiplayer with my roomate for like 5 and a half hours today straight. Didn't even [bleep]ing realize my god. It's my first Civ game.

Have Civ 5 and Dead Rising 2 currently...eh... "downloading" and Halo:Reach is on its way from GameFly (roomate put it on the queue but I might [bleep] around in it).

That is always the thing though, you can play on vanilla servers if you want. Don't get me wrong I stopped playing because I couldn't keep up with all the items and such but this update doesn't bother me that much.

New Castlevania on Oct 5. There is a demo atm out on the Euro PSN (Just make a fake Euro account if you aren't from there) and it is awesome. Really looking forward to the game.

On my single player game I found a cave with a ton of minerals. Got a ton of stuff and then started to mine an obsidian rock. Mined it, jumped down to get it and lava flowed in from the right killing me and burning all of my items. FML.

[hide][/hide] Cross posting this in here, Saw SilverSword post it in the TF2 thread and thought it was awesome. Also made me think that when damage comes out on servers (and hopefully friendly fire or PvP damage too) I might try and end up making competitive maps on the server :P. Could probably just make arenas or something ;D and then make up rules for them like deathmatch, Team deathmatch, CTF, ect. Could even do a bomb diffusal type of map by placing a diamond block or something as the "bomb" and you need to mine it to get it defused :D.

I have a Blu-Ray player (PS3) but I don't really buy movies. If anything I watch much more digitally on my TV (Through my media server) than from a DVD or something.

I need to start doing this too. I got a tablet but have hardly used it.

Get your priorities right, we need a huge overhaul if the Steam client itself. I find it less stable than lithium. Really? I find it to be pretty damn good (I actually run all my games through steam). Of course I'm also used to when Steam first came out and it actually was "less stable than lithium". It was seriously a mess.

I want to be old only to be that old man who can get away with pretty much saying whatever he wants because he is old and its "cute" :P. Srsly dirty old man would be so much fun.
