I said Duel Arena was a risk-free pvp environment, so you've got me lost there. It was about RWT. This is not a conspiracy. You are just mad that your precious pking (stealing) no longer works. If Jagex wanted the whole game to be risk free, why did they add bounty hunter? And to the last part: I would hate being a mod. I just think everyone is acting way out of line over a good set of updates. These roses smell great btw.

Pking WITH loot isn't pking. It's stealing. PvP should have no reward (besides the feeling of being superior in combat) in my opinion. Bless/Repair his tombstone.

This update was a good one... I cannot see why people are so angry. No one complained this much on any other update I've ever seen.

Teleblock no longer exists. Its a clue of where you are supposed to PK now.... And the only people Jagex "Came After" were rwts and bots.

If you want to kill for money, go to a boss monster. Killing players for money was getting ridiculous to the point people were attacking defenseless people on clue scrolls in hopes that they had the reward already. How is it fair/fun to kill someone with no armor and a weak weapon?

Tassets give a strength bonus. And we all know how important offense is on slayer. I think the Sara Sword is great for strength training, but keep a whip(or dscim) for those tasks that require a certain shield.

Yes. I didn't like it much. Maybe after I get 85 mage it'll be more fun. I still think between the Duel Arena and Clan Wars you've got everything you need as far as PKing goes.

Duel arena. Rewards cheapen the aspect of PvP. I don't want pking to become like Barbarian Assault, where no one returns after they get a torso.

As you can see, I don't have 90 slayer. What happens if one of these tries to kill me? I have to run away or face a guaranteed death?

Ok, ever since I logged on all I've seen is people like "Pkpure563" (Not real) whining. I, however, think this is a great update. New PKing means you can defeat other players in fair combat. Nothing more. Old PKing was thought of as a money-maker. That just seems wrong to me. Killing other players should be a measure of your skill versus thier skill to see who plays better. It should not involve you trapping and killing an innocent skiller for a free amulet. Maybe now pking won't be thought of like a dishonorable runecrafting. Maybe now it can be though of as a way to prove you are superior in combat. Maybe now, "good pker" won't be thought of negatively by some people. If you are whining because "you lost your money maker" then you shouldn't pk in the first place. In almost all other games PvP is there for fun and offers no rewards. That way if someone doesn't want to fight they don't have to, and the foe fleeing just means you won instead of "Loosing a bunch of money on runes". I know I probably missed something that the kind-ranters here will point out.. But I just have to say this.

When skills get raped by jagex everyone says "Get over it". When pking gets screwed, those same people whine and moan.

Even the most far-out places in runescape can be reached withing 4 minutes* I see no reason for the Angel unless you like showing off. * Maybe not things like the Temple of Light and the center of the UP... but whatever. It'll save your buttocks at barrows.

swap your super str pot for a regular restore and save 5k...

I see... so SGS isn't the only Gs with specs that help slayer. You'd be better off using a dba spec on slayer than a ZGS spec.

I did it at 88 combat. Just wear a barrows armor, whip, and rune defender. Bring tuna potatoes and drink your super sets at the bank. Enter with a dds and 27 potatoes. Eat whenever you've lost 22 hp, don't risk it..

This is why I hate robes on female characters. Robes are full body clothes that are normally one piece. They are baggy and allow movement. In Runescape they look like small t-shirts and a long skirt. Thats not right.

I agree with this thread. Zamorak has the cheapest hilt drop, a spear no-one wants, and a staff worth about 1m. Bandos boss has a more-expensive hilt drop, and drops armor worth over 19m.

Barrows? Its very fun and profitable... But you need the stats for it. Post your stats please =D
