Keep in mind certain things give fractions of an XP point so it might just be the Java number cap rounded down a bit. Also, I like the 200m cap because otherwise the high score leader would be a dude with all 99s and a couple billion thieving/cooking/fletching xp.

I look at it this way. My max w/ bronze knifes is 10. My max with broad bolts is 22. Bronze knifes hit 3 times for every one cbow hit. Therefore each 3 seconds I'd have a max of 30 with knifes and 22 with bolts. Plus more hits will normally average better xp because misses matter less. And they wont miss much because you're in d-hides not void. You could do range with slayer but I wouldn't recommend it barring cannon tasks. Its very slow.

I'm getting a new graphics card and a second monitor in early January. (dell is out of stock atm) My mom is going to pay for half of it, I'll pay for the other half. My dad is probably just going to hand me a $100 bill like he has every year since the divorce. And I know for a fact I'll be getting random gift cards to random places from random relatives. Oh, and underwear. It's become a running gag for the only gift I get to unwrap is underwear.

One thing that concern me is that 512mb is the minimum requirement for WoW. Wouldn't running WoW and other stuff not work? Unless computer programs aren't cumulative. I'm a total newb to actual computery stuff, I just surf the web. Otherwise I like that one very much.
