Yeah, it really stunk, I had a 2 hour late start yesterday, I wake up, get to RS homepage, then try to log in, only to find out that I can't. Even after an hour and a half, I still couldn't :cry:

Nothing, they probably moved on to a different game.

To me, it seems like only a few skills would be worth maxing xp. Slayer, RuneCrafting, Farming, and Herblore (not right now, but it used to be) can all make you profit, and so they'd be reasonable to get 200m xp in. All the others, especially cooking, are there just to be ranked in the front page.

Good article, but the "Did you know" wasn't all that interesting.

It seems like the summoning symbol really jumps out when you just glance at it. It doesn't look like the other symbols at all.

Once in a while I used to get bored, and wander around randomly in f2p with cash and rune items to give away. The thing was, though, that if anyone begged, I automatically teled. I only gave out stuff to people who would have a good conversation but not beg.

I'm just trying to get 14m slayer xp (13.68m at the moment) before I get dragged off to summon and raise my combat. However, I do have 7-10 of each of the colored eggs, and got bored and killed vultures for 7 eggs

Nice, when I got that yesterday I went and used 10k waters with the tiara. Boy was I surprised when they all disappeared :?

From what I've seen and heard, all the items add up to 18 bronze bars, and this should probably go in a full guide about the quest.

+16 defense won't save you from a level 99 barrager, let's just put it that way :( +8 Ranged attack can be made up by using Ranger boots or Archer Ring. Heck, with the 40M you're paying, even using diamond(e) 100% of the time seems reasonable. You're forgetting that Armadyl armour is redeemable, so you can use it for a week, sell it, and still have the same amount of money. With diamond bolts (e), on the other hand, you constantly waste them, and they aren't redeemable, therefore losing money. I actually haven't read the article yet, I wanted to read the posts here first, then see how these posts will alter my perspective now going back and reading it.

What you have to do is all log out in the corner a second or so before graa spawns, then the crasher is left to solo graa so they usally tele, then you can all log back in and go back to bandos slaying. Worked like a charm last night. Another way is just get Graardor on the crasher, then everybody else on your team just stop attacking, so crasher has to solo. It's a little waste of food/pots, but you don't face the risk of logging in and getting k0ed.

As far as I can tell, whenever a new person reaches 200m xp in a skill, all the people with 200m xp get their rank all mixed up, and that happens each time.

My friend and i got bored, so we figured we'd let each other try on some stuff, he had full bandos with GS and I had yellow and BGS, so I let him try on yellow, he took a pic, then he let me try on tassets+pl8, and I got a pic

My guess is either; Venom0619 or Fredmcgarry. fred can only really do buyables, his pockets are deep.. so if its buyable sure if it isnt buyable.. goodluck to him Venom sure why not he knows what its like to do none buyables and has the patience, i bet on anyone who has the time of release has no job, or no school to go to. Fred can also do non-buyable but he's at school when Summoning's out, so I rule him out. Whenever a new skill comes out and I look at hiscores, I always see Venom, but I can't remember him being first to 99 in a skill, it seems like he falls behind in the 90's...Has there been one where he actually made it?

In a couple of days, with summoning out, Zezima won't even be #1 in the hiscores \ Nope, instead, he'll take advantage of all the empty places that are normally really crowded, and then when the initial surge of summoners has subsided, he'll go and get it with half of the crowds. It's a good idea, but most of us (including me) are too impatient to do it.

Quit complaining about how RS is now, it could be a lot worse (that's what I came up with from reading it).

I'm with Hohto on this one, I'd rather spend the money on a skill than get bored of it because of how slow it's going. I cannoned to 99 slayer, does that make me a powerleveler? I know, I could've made a much bigger profit by not cannoning, but getting that 99 would've taken me about 4 more months, and I easily made back the cash I lost after I got 99
