I lent it to someone who hadn't done the quest so yes, you can wield them without the quest. Oddly though she said she didn't have a special attack bar on them. So it's possible that you just can't use the spec without the quest; which, I guess kinda makes it useless because it's a spec weapon. You can't use the special if it is lent. But gratz on the drop share I tb'd. yes you can, not for claws apparently, but for gs's and stuff you can

first solo, iv gotten other drops at bandos like duo pl8, a hilt before cs and other stuff, dont do team bandos much, really only for lsp or when im lazy, mainly do sara

dont use bone, they takw way to long to kill, use broad or addy or miths.. and you need arma pendent and better armor..like v skirt, zammy dhdie top
