Yes, you'll be able to melee the 360's if you stand one square away, but be careful about your prayer, you'll need to bring more prayer potions, don't bother with the super attacks/strengths or whatever, Not sure about whip, don't bring it if you have full guthans, just use the spear to melee. The mask it self is very useful for slayer tasks. I believe he/she is saying the charges are pointless, allowing to lower the defence level on TEN monsters, it is pretty pointless when you have a large task, you hardly notice a difference.

Double Nature Rune crafting will be faster money. With Barrows, it's all luck - you could do 100 dry trips and then you get a Karils Coif *Hooray* Double Natures are very good money, So go with that.

Unfortunately, To kill Dust Devils you will require a minimum of 65 Slayer, unless you use Wild Pies of course which can temperaraly raise your slayer level, but 55 slayer won't jump to 65 with one of those I'm afraid. I'd suggest getting 99 Defence, It's a very nice looking cape, With the trim or without, Getting 99 Hitpoints can be annoying, and also, my personal opinion: Untrimmed Hitpoints cape looks tacky, And if you're going to be a "Range Tank" with your 99 Defence, you'll end up getting 99 Hitpoints anyway. Just get Defence, I would if I was in your shoes. ~ Vinta

I believe this is rather recent. There was an update on how darts were thrown, And on the odd occasion you could hit more than once per animation (The animation was slower than how fast you threw them) But I believe the animation has been sped up a little, you throw them now much faster than you did before, I'm not sure how recent this is, but I thought I'd mention it.

I'd say to get Torags, but it can be a drag to repair all the time, and it can end up costing you alot more than you thought it would, So... I'd get Torags if you're going to be doing skilling/money-making along with using Torags, to pay for repairs. If you're just doing training, stick to rune and wait untill you have a good amount of money to pour into barrows armour costs.

You can easily get it, Read a guide on here for info on how to do it, but all I can say is, Use a rune cbow and bolts, or use two Crystal bows, the CBow method is my favourite, But it depends on how you look at it, Prices/effectiveness.

What's your range level? Don't worry about the abyss, I take my account through it, He's only level 70 with 46 Defence : It's kinda easy once you get used to it, crafting your own nats would be a great way to increase the profit you make, and you'll get alot of xp from it.

Log out and back in again, Try using a different server or just wait it out. It should go eventually.

A couple days if you stick to it, A week or two maximum really, I'd suggest Iron as they're still quite cheap (For most people) And they're not exactly a huge loss to throw them away, But of course Bronze arrows are fine to use, It just depends how you feel about it. Use Bronze first, If you feel the Exp' is too slow or you're not hitting enough, switch to iron, You'll notice the Exp' is a little faster and you'll hit more, Which will make it more enjoyable, I guess. :
