Is it laziness, jealousy, a desire for instant gratification, or a "need" to grind in order to access? What do you think? All of the above, I think. Jealousy is definitely the largest factor, but that jealousy often stems from laziness ("I don't want to work for it, so NOBODY should have it!") and the need for instant gratification. It's really sad, actually. These people are so greedy and hellbent on dumbing the game down for everyone else . . . and for what? So they can play for six months, quit, and never come back? Pathetic. Maybe I just have a different mentality when it comes to Runescape. I've been playing since the game came out, practically, and it has ALWAYS been my goal to get the "best stuff," if you will. When GWD came out, I never once complained that I couldn't get on teams or that I couldn't participate -- rather, it became my GOAL to reach the levels required to participate. What we have, essentially, are two groups: mature and immature players. The immature players cannot handle not having whatever they want, when they want it. The mature players realize and APPRECIATE that this is a goal-oriented game that rewards players for their efforts.

The short answer: If you want instant gratification, play a first-person shooter. Runescape is not the game for you. Don't want to get 97 slayer for that new slayer monster? Don't want to get 97 fishing (lol) for that new quest (lol)? Get over it or quit.

It's HP, so you need to get 200m xp in other skills to get to 104m HP. Only if you intentionally go for 200m exp in a single combat skill. For example, I will definitely NOT have any combat skills near 200m exp by the time I get 104m constitution exp, and I'm not even strict about keeping my combat experience equal.

Uh, what? Since when does level 120 = 200m exp? It's 104m.

I realize that this is a joke, but I would support construction being raised to 120. A lot of people find joy in customizing their POHs (I'm not one of them -- you should see my little shack), so I'd imagine that they'd REALLY love this. SUPPORT@@@!!@

I would definitely agree that of all the combat skills, HP, Summoning, and Prayer are good candidates for being raised to 120. I can't even imagine how angry people would be if the latter two were raised, though. "omgf jameflex 120 sum costs eleventy billion geepees@@@!111@" With frost bones, it wouldn't even be much of a grind to raise prayer from 99 to 120 once you have the money. Summoning is fast, too.

Don't listen to any of this. ^ - Pray melee. - Use piety/turmoil. - Use a ZS or a CR. Nothing else. - SGS will suffice as a spec weapon, I suppose, but claws would be much better (and cheaper). - Use a SW cape with your Bandos (yes, even while praying melee).

Only ways to "grind" constitution are ice barraging and chinning. It has the most potential as a 120 skill precisely because it's passively raised. THAT SAID, I don't think constitution should be bumped to 120, and here's why: I think we need more damage reduction rather than more life points. Armors/potions that raise your constitution level are elegant solutions, too, especially as they allow for more strategy. I don't think any combat skill should exceed 99. HOWEVER, I do believe that all other skills should be bumped to 120 and COMPLETED. My opinions aren't set in stone here, so you won't see any ten page arguments from me today (on this subject).

It is my deepest regret to inform you that this topic will explode soon. Fair warning. SGS = EEE is better for almost everything. Useless. ZGS = Lol. Useless. AGS = Edge BH maybe. Really bad for boss hunting. Claws are much better. Mostly useless. BGS = Great for six man corp teams and a few other niche things. Definitely the most useful for high level players. Godswords suck in general and you should only buy one if you're six manning corp on a pro team.

Off to my second day of actual work in about thirty minutes. Apparently I work an 8 hour shift every time I'm scheduled no matter what. Also, five hour energy shots and protein bars are going to my new best friends. Also I started writing a new song. it's about a girl. wow they all are fml. I'm gonna try to take a picture of my "costume" for my blog, LOL.

It's really tricky. Watch some youtube videos of pro defenders. Once you get it down, it'll become your favorite role.

wow wow wee wa I start my first day of actual training tomorrow. My "costume" (they're called costumes at Disneyland) looks goofy as [bleep]. NO PUN INTENDED. been having a good few days for CERTAIN REASONS.
