Powerslaying WFS
200 crims/h is possible with a ZS, so I'd imagine that you could probably get ~210/h.

I don't think magic potions work the same way in Daemonheim. They don't give a damage boost. I was only half right.

02-Nov-2010 - Dungeoneering The Warped Floors
So . . . I suppose nothing happens when you complete floor 60? <_< EDIT: So I just watched a video of a team fighting Kal'Ger (5:5 large). WOW he's nuts. The highest hit I saw in the video was slightly over 900, and he uses all three combat styles. My favorite part is that he switches between gigantic versions of various t11 weapons. I think the order was as follows: Fists Primal Longsword Celestial Staff Primal 2h Sagittarian Shortbow Primal maul The team fighting him was utterly destroyed. There was a death every 10 seconds or so, L.

Behind The Scenes November
Pretty much how I feel, too, especially having had this exact same argument with him before (I distinctly remember a certain fishing thread in which he failed to prove his argument). I'm out.

Behind The Scenes November
Kid 3 is in college and presumably doesn't have the time or proximity in locale to share the XBOX with kid 2. Similarly, higher-leveled players are too concerned with content appropriate to their own accounts to be bothered with something that, for example, would help them train from 50-60 strength faster; if it's not useful or viewed as impractical from a perspective of time invested to time saved, the high levels will refuse to use the new mid-level content when making an informed decision. Your counter-example of Korasi's sword being useful is a rarer example in that it doesn't take a significant time to obtain but does save a significant amount of time when considering having to earn money to buy a tradeable special attack weapon; most lower-leveled content gives minimalist experience rewards in the low thousands and/or an item that isn't of any use to even somebody with low 60's for their highest stats. I'd say probably the best example of low-levelled content being useful to high level characters would be the void armour set, which you completely overlooked: 42s in combat stats can be achieved easily by anybody, yet the rewards for doing so offer the best dps in the game. If you're going to ignore the most important part of why a person would or wouldn't consider content targeted at a lower-leveled group of players than them useful, I don't see why you're even going to argue that we don't need level-appropriate content. This is another brilliant point. I can't really add to it, so I'll give it my endorsement instead. ;)

Behind The Scenes November
Sir_Kurity, can you explain to me why you're so adamantly against releasing content for EVERYONE and not just some players? I'm talking EXCLUSIVE content TAILORED to a certain player base. You seem to have this strange idea that you are entitled to all content, and thus content that you cannot do should never be released. How selfish of you.

What's better in dung: mage or range
Someone in general discussion confirmed that it's solely an ammo bind, though I would like to see a little more confirmation.

Behind The Scenes November
This. This. This. You cannot argue against this point, as it is true in every way. These arguments are literally [developmentally delayed]ed. Here's an analogy: Imagine three kids. Kid #1 is five years-old and has two bags packed full of candy. Kid #2 is 12 years-old and has three bags packed full of candy, a puppy, and a brand new XBOX 360 (with CoD: Black Ops). Kid #3 isn't actually a kid -- he's an 18 year-old college student holding a paperbag with a few pieces of his favorite candy and note from his parents that says "[bleep] you, son." As I'm sure you've guessed, kid #1 is a low-level player, kid #2 is a mid-level player, and kid #3 is a high-level player.

Sir_Kurity, there is a huge amount of low-content in comparison to high-level content. This is undeniable fact. You have no argument. High-level is not subjective.
-
Behind The Scenes November
High levels subjective, id say a quest with a 100+ combat reccomendation, a hard boss fight and requirements in the 70's+ as pretty high level to me. Whut? High levels can enjoy mid level content, and in all combat related activities, dominate it with ease, (EG, FOG, castle wars, pvp and the like). High-level is not subjective in the slightest. When I say high-level content, I mean content created specifically for high-level players (warped floors, elite diaries, etc.). I really hope we're not about to argue about this. What is it with mid-level players being selfish and demanding that all content be available to them?

Behind The Scenes November
Void quests are not high-level, FYI. Good job, you took a tiny chunk of updates and picked out a couple high-level ones. Now go through the KB and find every update ever, then compare the amount of high-level content to non-high-level content. You'll be amazed at just how much stuff you have to do in comparison to us.

I'm curious as to how much of each rune you can store in the box (in daemonheim). :-k

Really wish I had that thing when I had a celestial staff. Good to see Jagex making every style potent right from the get-go (assuming you have the right ammo bound, I mean).

Wow, so the surgebox isn't a glitch? That's really cool. Celestial staff might be a possible fourth bind!

02-Nov-2010 - Dungeoneering The Warped Floors
Because that was the one smart thing they could've done. It's better than having t11 spears and 2hs be available at f1 and then releasing the other crappy items at f59. They could have at least made lesser primal weapons actually USEFUL. Only one that stands out even remotely is maul, but I've found prom spear far more useful. FYI, primal maul sucks. Primal battleaxe is great for keyers (though I imagine that the 2h will be a staple bind for people who can get them). Prom 2h > prom spear.

110% disappointed with the rewards. Surgebox and seeker pet look interesting, but that's it. How in the world did they screw the rewards up so badly? Other than that, YYES WARPED FLOORS OMFG. I can't wait to see pictures of everything.

DKs and TDs are the best moneymakers. Frosts are close, but are far easier and more consistent (though DKs are incredibly consistent, too). I don't know much about solo Arma, but it's up there. Solo Bandos isn't really worth mentioning due to competition. TDs have a very high drop rate for claws, shards, and effigies. Whereas profit from solo Arma can vary wildly, TDs are more predictable. You took a guess at how I make my money. I corrected you and answered TDs. You brought up frost dragons again for some reason. EDIT: You always seem to become very upset when more than one person disagrees with you. Why?
