  1. His statement implies speed, which means its based on, as you said, gp/xp/time. It was the question you asked. He gets his fun by using those factors in his game. You also asked who supports efficiency. Clearly he does. his statement implies that speed and enjoyment are one in the same for him, hence the enjoyment. This. Frankly, I don't see how it's so hard to comprehend. I, like Bladewing, enjoy killing stuff fast. I'm efficient at it, and I enjoy it. I don't think of it in terms of how much exp/h I'm getting or if it's worth my time, etc, etc. I just want to kill stuff as fast as possible, so I opt for the more efficient route.
  2. Yup. I don't get why people ask for advice, then keep doing what they were doing despite the overwhelming response being that they're doinitrong. SirHemen, do what Stonewall said and do a 30 minute test with each. The ZS will undoubtedly fare better.
  3. No. ZS > Verac's regardless of whether or not you're slaying. That's not the impression i got when i killed with Verac and Zamorakian spear. I found myself hitting more 0s with spear. Impressions don't hold a lot of weight when it comes to testing and data. ZS is more accurate, faster, and allows you to use better armor. It's undeniably better than Verac's.
  4. GOT A PRIMAL RAPIER OMFG. I was really bored with prom 2h, so I went out of my way to get one of these. It feels so much more natural due to me being so used to a whip. I love it. Starting to get a little bored with my celestial staff, so hopefully I get a hexhunter soon. ;)
  5. No. ZS > Verac's regardless of whether or not you're slaying.
  6. If the players did not know that the monster limit was actually a bug (which, NO one knew that), it would fall under the category of emergent gameplay. They knew there was a limit, so they exploited Jagex' flawed system. Players should never be banned for emergent gameplay. That'd be like Suomi getting banned for superheating while he mines.
  7. LOL. Someone doesn't get the joke/references. FYI, it's not racist. Troll harder, but please don't make me visit your "legit" site. :(
  8. OP is mad because no one on Tip.it is stupid enough to fall for his keylogger. Sorry OP.
  9. you've gone too far. ....... ........... i'm over it.
  10. Big mistake. :( What about Gremmy's attraction tests and Cheeesy's DSP calculations?
  11. I did this when I was mage-slaying. I basically followed the guide that Kimberly posted. Instead of luring them with bronze knives, I just wacked them with my SoL on crush. However, bronze knives would still be better. If you're not looking for magic exp, specifically, just use chins.
  12. u can last forever and gettign kc heals u up Piety and turmoil waste cash on p pots Wrong. Faster trips using potions and piety/turmoil begets far more profit than staying there for as long as possible. It's not how many chests you can do a trip, it's how many chests you can do an hour. I guarantee you that I will profit far more by using overloads and turmoil. EDIT: LOL Kota, I love you.
  13. I would prefer using a shield (divine or otherwise) simply because I like killing the boss more than I like getting the KC. The same applies for non-GWD bosses: I prefer longer trips and less banking. Of course, bringing both a rune defender AND a normal shield would be the best route (assuming you're getting KC or expecting to be crashed, that is). Whenever I tried boss hunting as a ~120, I hated all of the preparation required for just five minutes of actual boss-time (talking about Bandos GWD, specifically).
  14. YES, a REAL blog!     By the way, I was laying in bed last night and "it's like playing a bass with your face" popped into my head. I lol'd hard. I think I'll remember that forever.
  15. He actually abused that glitch?
  16. I highly recommend getting it, as it makes gargoyles a breeze.
  17. 1. Because Verac's (the skirt, specifically) is a great alternative to tassets. 2. I agree that the OP would be much better off spending his money on extremes at this point. My point was that one does not need to choose between extremes and Bandos if he/she has the means to afford both.
  18. I used to know a 10 defense pure who completely maxed through slayer. Yes, you can use a slayer helm at 10 defense. You would basically just do it how you would on a main, but you'd have to be much more conscientious of your LP, and you'd probably have to use protection prayers on certain tasks while you're lower level.
  19. Because, strength bonus has more value than defence bonus. As for "a couple of hours of effort at BA", for many, 18 mill is easier to get than "a couple of hours of effort", especially if your one of those people who can get 4 mill/hr at frost dragons or something equally as crazy. Then again, if you have 22M to spend on bandos why not invest it into pots and cballs and piety/turmoil/cannon your slaying? Makes alot more sense and saves alot more time than the few minutes that the strength bonus might add up to. Hence I keep my argument, bandos is only good when you have nothing else to buy/do. Two things: 1. Bandos is the best slayer gear. Using Bandos and a SW cape, your prayer bonus is high enough to comfortably turmoil. 2. Why not spend the money on Bandos AND prayer potions, cannonballs, etc? Actually, three things, though this isn't necessarily directed towards you: 3. A pro BA player with a pro team can get a torso in about two hours. However, for anyone who isn't pro at BA, it would take about the same amount of time to get a torso as it would a BCP.
  20. Two incredible achievements in two pages.
  21. What other gear do you have? Sell Bandos, buy claws, 85 herblore, and get your prayer and summoning levels as high as possible. Get a chaotic rapier if you're slaying.
