I had no trouble at all reading and understanding the dialogue, nor did I have trouble following the instructions and hints. Maybe you just suck at quests, and that's not John's fault. You miss the point Morningrise. There are dialogues that you may not experience if you take shortcuts, and which I'm assuming you can't experience after the quest is complete (since I too missed these...). That's very odd. I didn't do anything that wasn't implied or hinted at during the quest, and I caught every bit of dialogue. What kind of shortcuts?

I'm not giving you ten different ratings. 7/10 because Thieving is a potentially useful skill to have 99 in.

I think it would be a pretty cool idea, but only for the regular spellbook. Ancients can kite pretty well, so they don't have to worry about being hit at all. I can see a buff spell in conjunction with god spells and a binding spell here and there. With teleblock, regular magicks might actually be a contender to ancients.

i agree. when i got to level 20, i thought the max was like 99 and then i saw a lvl 116... I remember seeing L6vi while I was mining near Ardougne YEARS ago. He was level 116 or something. I couldn't believe my eyes.

I honestly think that it's an oversight and will be fixed soon. If not, then I suggest you find a few friends who will let you kill them over and over again in the fight pits. Though, I think that might go against your playing philosophy. :?
