You asked why people do quests right when they come out, correct? Yeah, looks like it. I answered that people like quests. Totally ignored your post, dude! Rock on. No. The question OBVIOUSLY, (if you learn to read without acting like a total smartass) was "Why do people rather doing a crappy new quest rather than one they havent done if its been out for years?" I died at PvP - no gravestone. I was doing PvP trick. The death i did not mind (even if i lost 1M+), but it's frustrating you loose good items....even ones that's not expensive and keep useless and low priced items. Also, changing system to GE value will affect the market alot. So from where i stand, the best solution is the suggestion Will holmes suggest which is Faux alch value. So you were PKing knowing full well that you could lose your items, and you're complaining that you did? What?

I followed the link from your signature to this thread. In the link you stated that rune boots are obsolete, which I disagree with. Rune boots are cheap enough for just about any moderately low level character to afford. They are a good, solid, and cheap option for those players. I don't agree that Nechs should have their droplists changed. We get death runes, boots, herbs, and herb seeds, and that all adds up. I usually do pretty well on a Nechs task. Not to mention that they're fairly easy to kill. I feel that the drops are maybe a tad too good for how quickly they die.

Kill Mutated Velds with a cannon using melee protect. You'll get your tasks done in about 1/4 the time.

I gotten 3 tasks of Gargoyles. 2 of which i used Whip+Def, and the other i used a SS on Crush (i was going for def the first 2 tasks and str the 3rd). I did not notice any different in the time it took to kill them. Also i have a large group of friends who also say the same thing. Gargs do have a weakness to crush, but since they have a weak defense themselvees, you can easily kill with a whip. And as Zaaps1 said dragons are weak to stab, but up to irons you can easily kill with a whip. Steels and Miths are easier to kill with a LBS. Oh, I'm sorry, I totally did not know that you tested it a total of ONE TIME. It doesn't matter, if you have high stats and the Gargs have low defense their weakness doesn't make much of a difference. Yes gargs are weak to crush, but if you're using a whip it doesn't make much of a difference. And im not the only person to have killed them. If you go to a spot of gargs you will notice that people kill gargs both with whip+def and a ss. Its up to you which to use. Same with most creatures. But the stronger creatures, like waterfiends and mithril dragons, you need to use what they are weak against or you will have a hard time killing them. A lot of people fish sharks because they think it's good money, but does that make it true? No. Keep in mind that most players absolutely suck at Slayer. Players with much higher slayer levels than you have done extensive testing, which is why we know these things. You wont notice a difference in just one slayer task.

Yes, SS is better than a whip for gargoyles. Anyone who says otherwise is wrong and inexperienced.

I average about 6 herbs per patch, maybe slightly more. My best was 11 from one patch. I hate you guys. All of you. :cry:

Actually, the scroll ranks a random item from the YAK'S inventory. So that means you need to have only Ourg bones in the Yak's inventory in order to guarantee that you bank one. That was the old effect, you can choose the item now.

This one killed me. MOAR.
